“A total disaster. Misleading and irrelevant information. I had to request that my agent took action to halt the emails from Bookmundi.”

Hi Tim, Thanks for your feedback, and very sorry to hear that you felt we were following up too much. I assure you that it was only with the intent to help you out. Our system sent one follow-up email and I personally followed up just to try and make sure everything was OK. We did not mean to in any way bother you and have of course, stopped any further follow-ups. That said, we're happy you liked the tour proposal and made a booking with us. “My wife and I first booked our trip to Romania in 2019 and then as we all know, the pandemic hit. Now, after so many years it is coming to a reality and Bookmundi has been exceptional in helping us since the beginning with all the ups and downs. “Happy that we were able to include extra nights during our 'Patterns of Turkey' 13-day tour and that complimentary transfers allow for arrival and departure days outside of the tour days. James was very helpful, always courteous and very prompt in answering my many questions. (There would have been fewer had more details been provided at the website. I like to know ahead so there are no surprises.) So far, so good. I have all the info I need to book and will do so shortly. I will post more after the tour.”

“The website is easy to navigate and has a lot of useful information. The booking process was very smooth and their customer service is excellent, especially Juliana and James who would respond within 24 hours and were always helpful! I highly recommend you book your trip through them.”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. I will definitely never use Bookmundi for a trip again. Their company is unorganized and their customer service team is horrible to work with. Make the smart decision and book your travel with a different company. Here's my experience: I went to South Korea last July and now 7 months later, I get an email from Bookmundi saying they were pursuing legal action for a bill of $300 for a transfer in South Korea. I paid the entirety of the trip and that $300 dollars was never on there. I reached out multiple times via email before and during my tour to confirm this transfer and ask how to pay it since it was never added to the bill. I asked my tour director and the driver and nobody could answer my question. Now 7 months later they realized their mistake and want the money and are saying they are going to pursue legal action if it was not paid. I paid it right away, but this invoice should have never been sent because it was their mistake, let alone say they are pursuing legal action against me. Bookmundi customer service you can definitely do better than this.”

“Exceptional service throughout. My experience with MiCuba has been fantastic. Monique and her team are extremely responsive, professional, and accommodating. We collaborated and exchanged ideas to build the ideal itinerary. The entire trip went without a glitch. We were able to rely on all the plans that were arranged; every day, all the guides and drivers were punctual allowing us to experience piece of mind. In addition, we were provided with an onsite contact - just in case. The experience with MiCuba couldn't have been any better!”
