“It was an amazing experience. The car arrived promptly at my hotel (add-on), and we arrived at the airport early. Make sure to bring your passport with you! We had to wait for another 2 hours to fly due to visibility issues and the fact that there were VIP delegates from the Asia Pacific Summit flying out from the airport. I understand that this wasn't the fault of the company nor the airlines. After that hiccup, we were on our way to see the magnificent Himalayan mountains, and of course, the towering Mt. Everest. It was a beautiful and clear day when we reached cruising altitude. We had an amazing view of the mountains, and we were even invited to check out the view from the cockpit. I highly recommend this one-of-a-kind experience when in Kathmandu! Something you shouldn't miss!”

“We were told through the website that you we could book for Tahoe Helicopter.us. We called them the next day. They said they have no association with you. Now we have charged on our credit card with no service. We had to pay them on there website. We need our money returned.”

Thanks for your review, highly appreciate the input and feedback.
This comes as quite a surprise for us. The operator, HeliVertex, is indeed in association with us, and we have a signed contract with them.
When we received your booking on Saturday November 17th 2018, we even spoke with them on the phone to firm up that they were aware of the booking. They confirmed that they were aware and that you were already on their list of passengers. We therefore confirmed the booking in the system as well, as everything should be ready and set.
It now seems that they apparently did not process the booking, which we are very sorry to hear. We've already refunded all the money you paid for the booking.
We'll follow-up further with HeliVertex on this issue. Again, thank you very much for your feedback. Very much apologise for the inconvenience we've caused.

“Bookmundi put us in touch with a local tour operator in Ecuador. Linda from Galapagos Travels patiently revised our itinerary for us, over a number of weeks, until it was exactly what we wanted. The booking was then transacted via Bookmundi in a simple efficient manner”
“The staff seemed keen to please and made a lot of effort. An unreasonable delay between us trying to make the booking and finally having it confirmed a week later was due to Peregrine Adventures in Australia repeatedly trying to get responses from agents in Spain but letting the matter drift on for days without e.g. phoning the agents to expedite things. One Peregrine message to Bookmundi went into junk mail in error, and the updates Bookmundi sent us were therefore inaccurate (as to when the booking might be completed). Perhaps a little more chasing by Bookmundi might have made Peregrine work more quickly. We almost cancelled the booking out of frustration with the delay and the misleading messages (such as "we will let you know in 48 hours" whereas it turned out to be a much longer wait than that). But we did appreciate the efforts of Jane at Bookmundi to sort it out in the end.”

Really appreciate your honest feedback. It did indeed take Peregrine Adventures too much time to confirm this booking, which we are sorry for.
We are currently looking into how come that one email ended up in our spam folder, and we will definitely get that solved.
