The consignment of 4x500ml Floravital plus 2x500ml FREE, purchased from Boots, arrived packed upside-down and leaking, so, the freebies had to be disposed of! So, NO FREEBIES and more than full price paid ! ! ! Thanks very much Boots for your more than careless packing! Mrs F W G.

Rude and snooty staff. The website is a bloody joke, have requested a password reset TEN TIMES have I been sent one? No. They told me they'd mail me a new advantage card weeks ago, hasn't arrived and I can't log in to order a new one because they won't let me reset the password! Hate this store nothing but idiots

The store does not have many foundation shades this is annoying because I am in the middle of being tanned medium deep, so this means they never have my shade, what is wrong with the store are they racist or something!

I first visited a Boots opticians around 10 years ago in the white rose centre in leeds. There I had my eyes tested and was told the best lenses to get were aspheric thin lenses. This turned out to be wrong as they are only meant for long sited people and i am short sited. This took 4 after care visits to be rectified. No discount for my wasted time was offered and they wanted to charge me for new lenses. After this I vowed never to use a Boots opticians again. Hoever the company I work for sent me to a Boots opticians in Stockton-On-Tees for safety glasses and I have discovered that over the 10 years I havent used a Boots opticians they have not improved. I booked an eye test for the 4/06/2017 at 11:35am. I arrived 10 minutes early and there were only 5 people in the shop and three were staff. I was made to wait till 12:15 for my eye test as they saw a customer without an eye test oppointment first. After picking some frames I asked the assistant if my perscription was suitable for the frames as they catalouge showed that some frames could only take up to a -4 or a -5 and I take nearly a -6. I was assured by the assistant that all the frames could take my perscription. Exactly 1 week later they phoned to say the frames would not accomodate my perscription. I had to travel back to the opticians to be fitted for another set of frames. I was told these would be urgently expedited due to Boots mistake. Its been 22 days since the glasses were first ordered and still no word from Boots. There customer services do not reply to emails even though they claim they will be answered in 2 days. Do NOT use a Boots opticians.

Actually it's not a happy experience. I was there trying to find a good concealer and a good eyeliner and eyeshadow. There are lots of options and there are staffs there standing as well. I had a hard time to choose and find what I need. There were no tags where concealer, bronzed, pressed powder etc can be found they all look the same and i suggest it would be best if the staffs instead of standing there should help or assist customers by giving ideas on which product might suit what the customer is looking for. So to cut the story short, I get to buy the wrong products. So disappointing.

Booked with boots for a hearing test for my mam with the branch in Hagley Road Birmingham ,upon arrival the receptionist was unwelcoming she just pointed upstairs and said wait there. Our appointment was fro 10:00 am ,and after waiting for 40mn I went downstairs to check ,Then I have been told that the technician is on it`s way ,later again after another 30 mn I went to check to be told that I have no appointment ,and I need to rebook ???? there was no excuses or apologies from the 6 staff working there. So I end up loosing my time . If you can not stick to your advert do not take my reservation . Do not ask for this hearing test in Boots ,it is waste of your time. I will never recommend this place to no one. I want later on the week to spacesaver and it was great experience.

We ordered all of our holiday products to collect airport side from Manchester Airport. Upon collection we were told, very nonchalantly by staff, that they couldn't locate them in the back. Asked to have a look again they 'disappeared' into the back to return 60seconds later and agains say nope. Non of the brands we had initially ordered were available from the airport store and we could only replace a few of the items with brands that we did not want and turned out to be not as good. The rest we had to purchase whilst abroad at triple the price. Buyer beware

Purchased sun glasses from Boots Opticians, dog ate them, ask for a discount to replace with another pair, Boots said No, been loyal customers for over 50 years. Should Have Gone To Spec Savers.

I should have gone behind the counter and got my prescription myself. Too much messing around by staff as they clearly didn't know what they were doing. It seems as if the staff shouldn't have been at work as they really wanted to enjoy the sunshine. I don't think the care about customer service any more - all they care about is making profit from the items they sell. After all that's what most shops and businesses are out to do and to not care about anything else. Would not recommend or return.

Found it ok at first but now when I add items into the basket I find that they later disappear as I add more. So frustrating as it's time wasting and half the time I just give up.

been with boots 15years after missing my delivery i phoned and was told would be deliverd next morning i asked for it not to come betwen 11-30 and 12-15 as i was looking after my grandchilldren at there house the man said that thats ok i got home to find a not saying deliverd 11-40 not in when i phoned boots at newland ave hull a young woman told me that as i cant be in when it come i would have to pick it up myself and would be removed from there delivery list i am 72years old with chronic back pain and a bad heart and blocked artris in my legs some days i cant leave the house and need this delivery after all it was there idiea to deliver when i went to the shop this young woman who was dark skined dont know her name was rude and said we have had this conversation made up a new percription and was told to take it to another chemist where is the respect for us older genaration now dont know why boots employ staff that cant have good manners lucky to have a job these days should look after it derek haydon hull

I have complained to Boots customer services regarding faulty Tee Pee interdental brushes, they aim to respond within 2 days however I waited around a week. The reply asked me to send back the faulty brushes which of course I will do. they then stated however "we will only be able to refund the cost of the brushes" I do not care about a refund I care that these brushes are weak snapped off between my teeth causing bleeding. I just do not want them to hurt anyone else ! A friend who also had reason to complain to Boots last year warned me that they treat customers with distain and make you feel as if you are after something. As an experienced H&S professional I am after nothing but ensuring that a faulty product is looked at ! Furious does not even come into it.

Sorry is nothing took 3 days to place an order which still can't be placed. The most rubbish website ever. Doesn't load almost like there is no Internet and then error. All they'd do is apologies which means nothing

A prescription handed in 3 weeks ago to the Gravesend branch has still not been dispensed. Despite being a national chain they say they can only get items from the local supplier. When I complained they showed me a sheaf of out of stock orders saying "You're not the only one!" They will not return the prescription, dispense 200mg tablets instead of 400mg, or suggest any alternative, although there could be very serious consequences to an interruption in treatment!
