I went to collect an online order. There was no assistant at the till so I waited a little while. I then spotted an assistant stacking shelves so I went over to her to ask if anyone was serving and she looked really annoyed. She came over to the till and then shouted to another assistant who I had not spotted who was also stacking shelves that there were people waiting to be served who also came to the till and then she asked where was the queue and then said there was only one waiting, as if it didn't matter that we were not being served. This is not the first time assistants have been abrupt in this store. Very poor customer service.

Seven tills but just 3 opened, it is obviously more important to put things on shelves than it is to deal with customers.

This store is going to end up like BHS! Both online and in store you get the worst experience. Staff in store don't have a clue what they are doing most of the time, you do come across the occasional employee that cares but most are completely clueless and just want to pretend they are not there!, I was in a store a few weeks ago, it took 3 people 25 minutes to exchange 1 item that had been sent in error in an order I placed online! The website must have been set up in the 60's its absolutely useless, always getting redirected to the wrong pages, always saying my login details are incorrect, I have to change my password nearly every time I go onto the website! That really annoying page that popos up on nearly every other click of the baby smacking it's head and the quote 'ooops something went wrong'! I have been getting that page up for the last 5yrs! they clearly need to replace their IT department. They need to update everything actually, I'm going to shop at superdrug from now on, can't be bothered with boots anymore.

Lately, I went to one of Boots stores around Peckham Rye area in order to purchase a few things for myself. When working there employees approached me as a customer, their were to very rude and patronising. I left there store disgusted. As a customer I just want to say, ...never again, unless I will have no choice.

Spent ages choosing what to buy but then unable to buy anything as I don't have an Advantage card. Spent ages signing up for one but still couldn't place my order as I didn't have the card number. Useless. Can't shop with Boots unless you are a member.

The Boots.co.uk website must be the worst website I've ever had the unfortunate experience of trying to use. I'd delete my account it's so bad but they've failed to make even that simple feature an option on their unorganised, and messy monstrosity of a site. Redirecting mail form them to my junk box and I'll now avoid their stores for fear of having to use anything else from them.

Pharmacy Two Rivers Staines. Went to collect perscription that I had phoned ahead to confirm it was ready. Long queue as per usual - would suggest more staff during these times. Two customers in front of me were complaining about bad service. After a 20 minute wait and a queue jumper I was informed that my perscription was ready but there was no sign of my mother's and they would look for it. Transpired that the perscription was not ready and they were missing many items and in particular one vital drug which they were supposedly having difficulties ordering. So I have now to return on Saturday - not amused bad service all round

Local store in rhos on sea, the staff constantly ignore you standing at the counter waiting to be served, today I waited6 minutes, and I was the only person in the shop, too busy all three members of staff completing prescriptions, it is always like this, I don't know why I bother. The Llandudno and Prestatyn stores are just the same.

Recently, I ordered on boots.com for 5 times, and Boots cancelled my order for 5 times without any reason given to me!! the boots.com also has got technical problem for a long time without solution. I could not check out by using PC version IE, google chrome or firefox, but only could check out by using my mobile, which was very frustrated! The worst online shopping experiences.

Everytime I've ordered an item to be collected in store, it has never arrived remotely on time, if it arrived at all. This is incredibly frustrating, and show's a complete disrespect for their customer's time, not to mention a general incompetence. I genuinely surprised it even manages to run as a national business. Also, the employees in store seemingly have no clue of how things work. After attempting to pick up a package yesterday (when it was meant to be there), after a fumbling search for the item, I was told to come back today. I did, was made to wait for 25 minutes while they did the same thing, and then got told to come back the next day. I will never order from them again

I went this morning into Boots in Crewe Grand Junction to buy new and return my faulty instant root concealer. The lady who was there did not want to help me at all. She was nearly rude!!! No knowledge of the product as well!!! No intention to help whatsoever. Her name was Elie. Instead of giving any help to choose the right root concealer, she suggest me an option to visit a hairdresser. She was trying to convince me that root concealer won't help as my hair was too blonde. I was so suprise she was not aware that they had a shelf with a samples(I only spent 3 minutes to find it) of this products and on top of it I manage to find a concealer that actually works right for my blonde hair. I left with a feeling that self-checkout lane will be more helpfull than rude and helpless staff.

I went today to folkestone boots to return broken hairdryer which i bought last year. The lady at counter brushed me off i had to complain to manufacture company. When i said it hasnt been a year yet she asked for receipe. She said i can exchange or get money back-fair enough but when i asked i used voucher towards to it can i still use it she went no its saving. I politely said it was bday voucher and I am loosing £10. She abrutly talked to me and wouldnt accepted it. I chose then hairdryer minus ten pounds i lost. I wouldnt be buying any elec.goods and def.not using vouchers!!!!

I regularly shop online at Boots on my main computer. However, the Boots App is the worst I have ever used . I just give up on it as it impossible to navigate.

It took me forever to get an appointment for a vaccination for my holiday. Finally when I did it got cancelled the night before. By email and not even called. I needed Japaness encephalitis which you need a month in between for two jabs. I now will not have enough time due to this month gap so I will not be vaccinated! Very disappointing. Now it will ruin my holiday as I will be worrying about this!

Boots in general have very bad customer service people just talking ignoring customers completely !!! but boots Opticians are the worst went in for my broken glasses for them to mend it ended up worse than befor and used an old screw to fix my them !!!!!!!idiots ..by the way it's the store in the quadrant in swansea

Worst website I have used! Slow, kept crashing, items I was selecting ended up saying out of stock when I added them to basket, this should be stated before selecting an item and had problems placing my order... couldn't place my order in end, I gave up... not bothering again. Not the first time I have had problems with this website. Boots being the big company it is should have a better website

Waited in boots chemist to be served I was the only one there 6 people were working behind the counter not one of them acknowledged me for about 7mins I was in one girl's eyeliner she still did not ask if I needed any help finally one woman asked if I needed help poor service not the first time this has happened going to tesco they acknowledge
