Sorry is nothing took 3 days to place an order which still can't be placed. The most rubbish website ever. Doesn't load almost like there is no Internet and then error. All they'd do is apologies which means nothing

A prescription handed in 3 weeks ago to the Gravesend branch has still not been dispensed. Despite being a national chain they say they can only get items from the local supplier. When I complained they showed me a sheaf of out of stock orders saying "You're not the only one!" They will not return the prescription, dispense 200mg tablets instead of 400mg, or suggest any alternative, although there could be very serious consequences to an interruption in treatment!

As a long standing very satisfied customer I was shocked this week to happen to notice the the plasters I bought for relieving the pain of corns on a family member's foot contained peanut oil!!!!!! I am staggered to understand why this oil is being used when there is such an inexhaustible number of children and adults with peanut allergy. We have twin sons with this potentially deadly allergy and have to be vigilant with what food stuffs come into the home. I never thought that buying plasters would be such a potentially harmful item to bring into our home. Please Boots, take this product off the shelves and alter the ingredients before a disaster occurs.

I was their web customer for more than 6 months. I ordered every month. This month I tried to order 4 times unsuccessful for no reason. I contact their "Customer Card Centre" but they didnt give me any information, because " Thank you for getting back to us regarding your order cancellation. Unfortunately we are not advised as to what these checks involve so we are unable to inform you as such. " They blocked all my money for more than 30 days for no reason!!! Im very disappointed, really! After they blocked my money, with 4 cancelled orders for no reason, they advise me to order again! Terrible, I havereally no more words ... I wobt be their Customer anymore. Big mistake!!!!

The online service is shocking 1st order placed for next day delivery... never turned up ....lost in transit Refund after 4 days as they couldn't raise another duplicate order for some unknown reason 2nd order placed ... never turned up ... lost in transit This time they were able to reorder and it eventually turned up 3 days later Lost in transit appears to be the usual excuse Prior to ordering, I checked the stock locator online and went to local store to purchase. Could not find the item, so asked a staff member who said they had none. Told her that I had just checked online before coming, to this she replied "don't bother with that, it's always wrong"

Avoid Boots pharmacy in Ferryhill if you are housebound and need to have your drugs delivered, most pharmacists offer this service nowadays. The members of staff who answer the telephone relay the WRONG information to the Pharmacist causing so many mistakes with your prescription order. They are rude and insist they have always correctly notified the Pharmacist of the drugs requested. You are always blamed for the errors if you are elderly. Stay away from them, they could kill you with their incompetence. There is a family pharmacy, also in Ferryhill, please go there, do NOT use Boots in Ferryhill, mistakes are made with your drug prescription. far too often. Do not die at their hands

Online price per photo print is 11p, one of the best prices out there. In store price is 40p. I made 142 prints for £56.80. Called customer service, offered 500 points on Boots card and said they can't match the price

I wanted to purchase a pair of Joules sunglasses. I purchased on line and the item arrived through my letterbox 'loose' (no case), scratched lens (unsurprising given no case) and WITH SECURITY TAG ON!! I first contacted boots by telephone ( my cost), then 3 times by email and finally got a response telling me to take them to a nearest store (8 miles away plus parking cost!!). I am now £70 missing with an unusable pair of sunglasses. Pretty well the WORST customer experience I can remember. Please SORT IT OUT BOOTS! Refund and collect, entirely your fault!

Every store I go into it is so difficult to find staff that can help. Make up counters in some stores the wait is 45 mins plus due to stores running on what looks like no staff. Even in the big city centre stores it's almost impossible to find anyone to ask a question. Pharmacist in harrogate store in north Yorkshire is terribly rude. Gentleman with reddish blonde hair and Scottish accent, heard him mumbling under his breath about another customer. Little bit condescending when speaking to myself. Overall very unhappy with his general service.

NO GENUINE SHOP CUSTOMER SERVICE AT BOOTS FELPHAM BOGNOR REGIS Took up Boots managed services of prescription earlier in 2016 which was a success initially but became a disaster. I have asthma and is important for me to get inhalers on time 24th 25th of every month. At Christmas I was left without for days and despite shop promise to not repeat this in January they were late again. In January due to after affect of not having inhaler to control asthma I had to go to Hospital. Hence when I realized detrimental situation I complained to Boots head office and area manager called promising this would never happen again. But when I was relieved to get inhalers 27/2/17 (2 days late) I never complained or made a fuss. However the Shop staff explained 27/2/17 they would NO LONGER MANAGE MY PRESCRIPTIONS because I had complained in January. I was SHOCKED because boots promised to care but clearly do not. My advice is if you have IMPORTANT MEDICATION DO NOT RELY on Boots because there NOT GENUINE in Customer care

Placed order for child car seat with delivery date of 24th Feb 17 . Still awaiting. Phoned Boots on 24th and told to hold, while they check with Hermes , fed up after 10 mins. Boots replied by email on 25th stating Hermes have problems with accessing the property . Phone Boots and told to hold , this time suggested they rang me . Yes they rang back and stated Hermes had problems with the vehicle but it would be delivered on 26th . No item on 26th , Phoned Boots , normal hold and I will find out , I requested phone back and they did , Hermes could not deliver on 26th but they would bring it 27th . The main problem is Hermes do not give delivery time slot . I feel Boots have washed they hands of the matter and Hermes will bring the item when they want . I would not buy items from Boots that had to be delivered. If I known before buying it came via Hermes I would not purchased the items

I went to Boots Tavistock to buy a wound dressing for my husband. He had been discharged from hospital following a knee operation and needed another dressing. I was told it was not possible to buy these as they had to be obtained from the hospital. I then, with the help of an assistant, chose a roll of waterproof plaster + a roll of micropore tape. Whilst shopping in a local supermarket a while later I enquired at the pharmacy counter as to whether they stocked wound dressings. To my surprise the answer was yes as " hospitals don't give you any replacements". I was offered a choice from a wide range of sizes and chose the exact one needed. It is annoying to think I spent a needless 5.99 due to wrong information.

Ordered baby milk and food online to collect at Heathrow airport Terminal 3 before our flight, and when we turned up some of the milks I had ordered were missing and they had no more in stock. We was offered another brand of baby formula, but anyone with a baby will know you can't just change a baby from one formula onto another, so the only option they gave us was to take the different formula or to hope our baby wouldn't go hungry on holiday. Not the stressful start we wanted to a relaxing break away. Shockingly bad customer service from boots.
