Visited the Braintree store on 12/9/2017. No Staff to serve on medicine counter told somebody from pharmacy would serve but nobdy took any notice of me. Eye cream I purchased priced wrong on shelf. Staff didn't seem interested. Not a good experience.

Purchases a pair of Oakley prescription glasses at a very high price from boots, first time using there opticians and will be the last. I purchased them at boots only because I could get a second pair half price. I chose a pair of nike sunglasses as my second pair and as I had to wait to be paid I was told had 3 months to claim these at half price. One month later I returned to order the glasses and was told these were no longer in the offer. There was no other glasses I wished to purchase so i was left out of pocket and felt like I had been conned and lied to. Tried complaining to boots on the phone but got nowhere with it, didn't seem intredted. All I can say is if you are purchasing anything from boots with an offer attached, Get it in writing as they seem to promise anything to get your money then let you down.

""Very poor customer service at boots pharmacy, Peterloo medical centre, Middleton, Manchester. Rude staff and poor service. Waited 45 minutes in store for them to try and find prescription, the drugs were ready in the CDcupard but they had mislaid the pres ription. Wasn't acknowledged on arrival at the counter for eleven minutes even though there was 6 staff members behind the counter and the store was empty of customers apart from myself! The whole experience left me cold , worst experience I've ever encountered in a retail environment Will certainly not use this pharmacy again and will think twice about using boots stores at all in the future .

Collierswood store in London is an absolute shambles! Its messy with a lot of empty shelves, when i went into this store last week and two weeks before that there were baskets of stock just laying around on the shopfloor! When i approached a team manager (little asian man in a blue suit) he very rudely told me that its not the stores fault its down to lazy customers or women who let their kids fill up a basket then just leave it on the floor! Surely he should be making sure that things like that are dealt with immediately? Dont like this store any more as over the past few weeks it has really gone down hill. The staff are ok it just seems to be management that are there!

Points came off my advantage card when all I asked for was a scan of my card to see how much was on. £5 of points were removed. I contacted Boots online and they would not reinstate my card with the points when it was their mistake. Now after being a customer for 30 years I will never set foot in there again! Disgusting customer service!!

I went in to Boots in Ealing Broadway,I normally shop in London store but as me and my boyfriend stayed at friends we needed some things. The store manager was rude to us both with his body language,my boyfriend told me to go to zuperdrug. I love shopping with boots but not Ealing Broadway, the only potive thing was the lady's there were lovely and especially the lady on the perfume counter.

The parc, Llandudno, well not only does the store need a thorough clean, the shelves are bare and full of old sticky torn off tickets, the self serve make up section is full of old sampled grubby greasy make up. Under the shelving bits of litter, the staff are miserable and not customer focused, I came out and went to Super drug in town oh dear Boots sorry not hygienic .

My return got lost in the post. After providing proof of postage by email, I received a reply three days later to say the refund would be in my bank account within 3-5 days. 10 days later I'm still waiting. I called today to check on progress and was told they would issue the refund again because the first one hadn't worked (?). When I asked why the first one hadn't worked, I was told that before they issue a refund they have to do some checks, which doesn't really answer the question. I gave up trying to understand. Fingers crossed this time it will work! If you use Boots Online and need to return something, make sure you are on the ball and actually receive the refund. Overall, it's a pretty stressful shopping experience.

I was shopping for a breast pump for my wife and used the google shopping app to find out the cheapest place that was nearby. I travelled twelve miles to Northwich as Boots online stated the breast pump was in stock. When I went in to the store I discovered that the pump was £100 rather than £70.39 as advertised online. I asked the assistant manager why there was a difference. He was at a loss to explain and suggested that there were more generous incentives for online purchases. It turns out that there is small print below the price stating that prices may vary in different stores. I explained to the employee that I could buy the same pump that I was holding in my hand for £30 cheaper and pick it up for free in the store in the morning. He understood my position/ predicament and was at a loss to explain why this was a sensible, modern and fair way for Boots to conduct business. I decided to wait 13 hours and purchase the pump online to collect the following day. Very disappointed and angry with Boots. I feel really sorry for grandparents who might buy this item in store for £30 more simply because they don't use the internet to shop. I'm also really angry at my wasted journey and the fact that I had to debate this matter with someone who clearly understood that the customer, in this instance, was right. Poor show Boots - you should be ashamed.

No. They told me they'd mail me a new advantage card weeks ago, hasn't arrived and I can't log in to order a new one because they won't let me reset the password! Hate this store nothing but idiots

The store does not have many foundation shades this is annoying because I am in the middle of being tanned medium deep, so this means they never have my shade, what is wrong with the store are they racist or something!

I first visited a Boots opticians around 10 years ago in the white rose centre in leeds. There I had my eyes tested and was told the best lenses to get were aspheric thin lenses. This turned out to be wrong as they are only meant for long sited people and i am short sited. This took 4 after care visits to be rectified. No discount for my wasted time was offered and they wanted to charge me for new lenses. After this I vowed never to use a Boots opticians again. Hoever the company I work for sent me to a Boots opticians in Stockton-On-Tees for safety glasses and I have discovered that over the 10 years I havent used a Boots opticians they have not improved. I booked an eye test for the 4/06/2017 at 11:35am. I arrived 10 minutes early and there were only 5 people in the shop and three were staff. I was made to wait till 12:15 for my eye test as they saw a customer without an eye test oppointment first. After picking some frames I asked the assistant if my perscription was suitable for the frames as they catalouge showed that some frames could only take up to a -4 or a -5 and I take nearly a -6. I was assured by the assistant that all the frames could take my perscription. Exactly 1 week later they phoned to say the frames would not accomodate my perscription. I had to travel back to the opticians to be fitted for another set of frames. I was told these would be urgently expedited due to Boots mistake. Its been 22 days since the glasses were first ordered and still no word from Boots. There customer services do not reply to emails even though they claim they will be answered in 2 days. Do NOT use a Boots opticians.

Actually it's not a happy experience. I was there trying to find a good concealer and a good eyeliner and eyeshadow. There are lots of options and there are staffs there standing as well. I had a hard time to choose and find what I need. There were no tags where concealer, bronzed, pressed powder etc can be found they all look the same and i suggest it would be best if the staffs instead of standing there should help or assist customers by giving ideas on which product might suit what the customer is looking for. So to cut the story short, I get to buy the wrong products. So disappointing.

Booked with boots for a hearing test for my mam with the branch in Hagley Road Birmingham ,upon arrival the receptionist was unwelcoming she just pointed upstairs and said wait there. Our appointment was fro 10:00 am ,and after waiting for 40mn I went downstairs to check ,Then I have been told that the technician is on it`s way ,later again after another 30 mn I went to check to be told that I have no appointment ,and I need to rebook ???? there was no excuses or apologies from the 6 staff working there. So I end up loosing my time . If you can not stick to your advert do not take my reservation . Do not ask for this hearing test in Boots ,it is waste of your time. I will never recommend this place to no one. I want later on the week to spacesaver and it was great experience.
