I am so unhappy that my next day delivery never happened. they sent one of three items and after waiting six days tried to speak to customer service. waited 70 minute on my phone at my expense. when a mail voice answered as soon as I told him my problem he hung up . bad experience and poor company care.wont order online again

They need to sort out the queueing system for pharmacy get some more staff. I’ve often waited for 15-20 minutes to get served very friendly staff though come on boots try and make there jobs a little easier.

I’ve complained before about the wasteful and extravagant way you pack boxes. I ordered 16 packs of incontinence pads and they were delivered in 5 large boxes and 1 smaller. 3 packs in each box stuffed with screwed up brown paper when 5 packs can fit in each box with no brown paper needed. After all the pads are already paper and won’t break. Delivery service excellent.

Excellent customer service from Joanne Park centre Belfast store, who placed an order for me online for Chanel parfum to collect in another Boots store. Received text to say my order is ready for collection.

Delivery is always very slow. I ordered 3 days ago and they haven't even dispatched my items yet. There's not even options for faster delivery. It's always like 7-10 days to get your items.

Emailed to say two items were missing from my order, no reply apart from the computer generated one. Emailed again same thing. Tried to ask virtual chat and was told couldn’t help me and gave me a phone number to ring. Rung this number four times and was left listening to horrendous music each time for fifteen minutes. I have ordered several hundred pounds of things in the past from Boots will not do so again. After sales customer service is dreadful as you cannot speak to anyone or get a reply by email.

I had to call Head Office to sort out a missing gift card , it was not handed to me over the service counter after returning something . The female on that desk that day could not work out how to add my points I'd used to buy the product with. She made a huge commotion about giving me a gift card and lots of typing on the device behind the desk etc etc. It culminated with her not handing over the gift card after around an hour of trying to get this sorted. I walked away thinking she had given it to me with my advantage card but on looking a few days later discovered she had not given me the gift card. Head office suggested going back to the store with their reference code again, I spoke with Mo acting manager , who was a complete gentleman about the whole issue. Took him ages to get through to the Head Office to check the reference code and reinstate me with the points . It took a while but all was corrected by Mo and the customer services at Head Office for Boots.com.

I wish to commend Lindsay, who works in the pharmacy department of Boots Saffron Walden, as for years, as a customer, I have always found her efficient, curteous, most helpful, very pleasant even when under pressure. I trust management recognises what a valued member of staff. Lindsay is to the company.

I booked up a Flu vaccination at a Boots Coventry Chemist on-line where I submitted my details that I was over 65 and so eligible for a free NHS vaccination. My appointment was for 15:50. I arrived at Boots at 15:35 and was asked at the Prescription counter if I had completed a questionnaire for the Flu jab. I said that I hadn't been prompted for this when I made my on-line booking, so I was asked to complete one on-line on my mobile phone and send it, which I did. I noticed a large queue for the prescription desk was forming. This was because there was only Pharmacist on duty and she was expected to manage both the prescription service and administer the Flu vaccinations. It was 16:15 when I was asked by the Pharmacist to accompany her for the jab. She asked me details about myself and if I was eligible for an NHS vaccination. I said that she should already have all this information on the Boots system since I had completed the questionnaire. She said that she was told I hadn't been able to complete this but then found the information. The Pharmacist did not have Flu injection with her so she then had to return to the Prescription area to collect it. I was wearing a PPE mask to guard against Covid because I am classified as a vulnerable person. Unfortunately, the Pharmacist wasn't. When I came out of the cubicle there was an even larger queue and a number of people waiting for vaccinations. Boots are getting paid for this Flu rollout and expect a shortage of staff to fit this in to an already busy prescription service. Shame on you Boots.

Called in to pick up nasal spray. Sales assistant very helpful & knowledgeable. Also informed me I was eligible to take my flu jab. Staff in vaccination centre polite & explained fully what was involved. Booked me in for immediate jab & advised me on after effects. Check out cashier polite & very efficient.

First impression of Basingstoke Boots - appalling ! Half the ceiling tiles off, untidy shelves, no signage for Vaccinations. Upstairs, large area in disarray and deserted, except for queue for Flu jab. Inadequate seating, not enough staff altho 2 that were there were pleasant and doing their best. On leaving, helped a lady push a wheel chair through heavy manual double doors. Probably a decade since I last visited and won’t ever go again. Such a contrast to all other Vaccination Centres visited.

Horrible customer service, they didn’t deliver my parcel, I informed them of this and was told they couldn’t do anything about it, I was obviously fuming as they are the ones who posted this to me. I had to call Royal Mail to explain the situation, turns out the we’re indeed wrong, and that boots was supposed to open a dispute, which I was told they couldn’t do…..*rolling my eyes* until I did my own investigation. So disappointed with them, I always thought highly of boots!

I ordered three items online, one of them being a Fenty contour brush. When my delivery came it was not the correct item.. there was also no return slip. I then called customer service explaining the situation & was told I need to return the item by post with the returns slip to which I told her there was not one. She then said to go to my local boots (which is half hour away) & explain what’s happened to try and get a refund. I would then have to order the item again as well as pay for delivery again. When I asked if the item I wanted could just be ordered now so I receive in time for my holiday I was told that the only way to get the item I paid for was to return the item I didn’t even want. Frustrating as it’s boots mistake that I’m now going to be out of pocket for in terms of delivery & petrol to return the item!! Most definitely won’t be ordering from them again.
