I love the psychiatrist portion of the site, but had to cancel the therapy because there was only one therapist available and he had really limited availability.

I’m not sure

I had assumed I would have a more regularly scheduled check in with my psychiatrist since medication was prescribed, but other than the standard check in emails from Brightside there hasn’t been any contact or follow up appointment. I sent my provider an email to schedule something to discuss so hope to meet her again soon.

I wasn't fully aware what I was signing up for I guess. I thought I would have more meetings with my counselor, included with the price and I thought I would have longer sessions. I wish that was laid out better for me from the beginning. I will likely cancel my account soon because of this. I also have had not so great response times with my psychiatrist, which I feel is essential when dealing with new patients taking SSRI's (like myself).

The therapy sessions are pretty short and pretty far between to be honest.

It could 100% be that I didn’t read the fine print but depression and anxiety can be symptoms of other mental illnesses and it’s a little weird to me that the sole focus of brightside is only treating part of my brain.

I like that I can get medication and that there are check ups. It is too expensive for only one session a month, in my opinion.

Having a hard time getting in touch with my provider lately.

It is slightly difficult being there is a limitation on what medications the doctor's can prescribe.

My initial psych evaluation and interview was excellent and thorough .Dropped the ongoing cog. And behavioral therapy. I’m 68 years old and don’t find behavioral therapy that helpful. I’m having a lot of problems w my family right now and suffer from a lot of guilt and worry. I started your self taught lessons and then you changed them and I haven’t yet started them back up. Again, if they are BEHAVIOR related I doubt they will help much. I’m not sure 95 dollars a month plus meds is worth the money although the meds do help me cope. I expected some to contact me in person for at least 5 minutes not just fill out a blooming survey. Thanks.

Don’t get why I’m paying 100 dollars a month for y’all to tell me I’m still messed up 3 times a month. I feel that an initial payment of that is ok, but for every month after, it should be lowered or catered to the level of guidance they receive.

Price is high compared to k health. Meds are cheaper elsewhere as well. Hard to justify paying a monthly sub when I can get cheaper meds elswhere

Doctor not very accessible. First appointment is a month out. Not great for depression care.

Have asked several questions that have been unanswered or ignored by brightside staff. No issues with the dr, or therapist so far.

I've had a pretty great experience with my appointed doctor, but I'm a difficult case I guess. Finding a medication that works for me has been a rough road.

Only getting one therapy session sucks and its too expensive. I will not be able to continue for long because of cost. I like how it keeps up with your progress.

Brightside has gotten me the medication that I needed during a time when it was difficult to go to a physical office. Overall, I feel the process is very impersonal, and I feel no real connection to my doctor, but the medication has helped.

I haven’t gotten very much contact from the doctor. I’m send follow up screenings from Brightside, which is helpful for me to determine if the medication is working, but the doctor has not contacted me or followed up about the results of the screenings.

The cost is too high for what you get.
