“British Gas cover my plumbing and electricity’s as well as my gas boiler. I contacted them recently about a leaking external tap. They sent Liam from Dyno East London to investigate and carry out the work very quickly. Liam has just completed the job this morning after purchasing the parts. The work was completed speedily and expertly by Liam, a polite, friendly, helpful and expert plumber. Thank you Liam, for a job well done.”

“I pay weekly as a weekly paid basic OAP . The change from the old account to the newer system was demanding lump sum bill payment which was an impossibility for me. My way, I owe them nothing and am always up to date. The online system failed as it seemed not to recognise me or my payments ! I desperation, I resorted to pen and paper. A HUMAN rang ME , they'd read my letter. Within 2 minutes talking to a real person, the problem was solved satisfactorily. The lady who dealt with me was pleasant and efficient. This could never have been achieved online. I should say that this happened within a couple of days of posting my letter to them.”

“Good grief! I was expecting to be waiting in a queue for hours to get someone to answer but no, within minutes my call was answered. Within less than five minutes I'd been given a refund, my direct debit had been decreased. I can't believe how efficient they were on this occasion.”

“brilliant engineer named Reece Coy sorted our no hot water and heating came immediately. Also sorted out the boiler a second time ..and the 3rd time he came was brilliant ith the checking of the gas fires . Cant praise him enough !!!!”

“I have been desperately trying to get my refund credit from British Gas with no luck. But this morning I spoke to Shalaka and she was most helpful. She provided me with a final bill and my refund all in one chat. If British Gas had more staff like Shalaka them I might have stayed with them. Please get this message to her Boss. She was great 👍 Thanks again”

“After a horrendous day of speaking to different departments and being cut off three times because the engineer did not turn up l finally got through to a lady called merlene this lady sorted everything for me Can l say for the six people who l spoke to today this lady was the only one who could sort my problem Mrs Shirley Wilkinson”

“We had problems with our programmer, so I phoned British Gas. They sent Justin, who I thought was superb. Justin, not only fixed the programmer, he also programmed our Heating and Hot water to come on, at fixed times that I mentioned. Not only that, he cleverly explained the functions of each button on the programmer. He also asked if we had a carbon monoxide detector, and when we said 'no', he gave us one for which we'll pay when we get the invoice. British Gas, you're lucky to have someone like Justin working for you. Thanks a million, Justin. Ram Srinivasan”

“I am krishanthi Happawana Withanage Don. I have a great conversation with Ms Sethu who is a customer care assistant about half and hour 😀. Yes absolutely great experience. She sorted out everything that I had to face all problems related to energy since my new arrival to my n home. Great service. 👍 I recommend British gas without any hesitate.”
