“So refreshing to deal with such a professional company. I was very impressed with the excellent service from speaking to them directly right until they delivered and built the bed...….nothing was too much trouble. The bed and mattress was a present for my nephew who is incredibly pleased with the craftmanship not to mention the comfort level. Thank you so much Button & Sprung I will definitely be recommending you and ordering in the future.”

“The comms & delivery for my bed & mattress was brilliant. The guys were really nice & super careful when it came to getting my bed up my awkward staircase. They made the bed oober fast & brought everything in well protected even thou it was the soggiest of days! Since then I’ve slept like a log & what I’d say was the most comfortable bed ever! Would recommend B&S any day for the best beds & super great delivery team! Thanks so much!”

“From ordering to jumping on my bed when it was built, the service from Button & Sprung at every step, has been fabulous. “The whole experience was fantastic. We originally bought a Casper foam mattress but when we opened it we were amazed how it stank!! After some research we discovered it was sprayed with chemicals and fire-retardant that was hazardous to our health. We decided then we would only buy a bed that was natural and healthy. We have been using our bed for quite a few months now and are very happy.”

Hi Jenny, Thanks so much for your kind review! As advocates of natural mattresses - we only use the finest natural fillings (no foam, or harmful chemicals! - so no off-gassing period!). Additionally, our mattress ticking (covering) is woven in such a way that it does not require Fire Retardancy treatment. “A fantastic experience from start to finish with Button & Sprung. From the way my initial request (with regards to what were the best mattress options for a very tall 8 year old child!) to the final delivery and assembly of the product by a great team, Button & Sprung were efficient and responsive throughout. Added to that, the bed and mattress are gorgeous and my son thinks he is the luckiest boy alive! Couldn't recommend highly enough.”

“Beautiful bed and lovely quality. Shame the bolts weren't correct on delivery and that these got sent with no instruction afterwards for us to put in ourselves.”

“Wow, what a great company. We don't live near a showroom and so were worried about ordering direct from the website without having seen the beds. If you're in the same situation, don't hesitate. You can order as many fabric samples as you wish, and they arrive the next day. So you can match up your colours and textures without a problem. Totally bespoke service - choose your own style of bed, type of fabric and colour. The beds are top class and so is the mattress that we ordered. We didn't have a huge budget, and ordered the Iris bed (awesome - contemporary but without being too modern) with a Galway mattress (firm). We are delighted with both. They arrived when they said they would, put the bed together in no time at all, took all the rubbish away and were super friendly. Can't fault the company. There is even a 100 day return policy, but we won't be using it.”
