“My husband and I have had an amazing experience with Button & Sprung. On a miserable wet and windy day, we went to have a look at their beautiful showroom. It is in a lovely space, warm and nicely lit. We were offered a drink and wondered around. There was no pressure from sales, only advice and trying the mattresses when we asked. The team were extremely knowledgeable, giving us expert advice on the matresseses, showing us the difference between the hard and soft. We had already chosen a mattresses from another supplier, but took a sample of the fabric we had chosen for the base and headboard home with us, to ensure it fit within the scheme if our room. It came in a lovely box. We ordered the headboard and base, and set up the finance payment really easily. We were advised on the lead time, on delivery and were able to extend this without hassle or fuss. It is of fabulous quality, and we are still super please with our purchase and overall experience. We would definitely recommend!”

“We absolutely love our bed which was delivered and assembled with minimum fuss and hassle. It is so comfortable. The only downside is that even when staying away on smart hotels, sometimes the bed isn’t as lovely as ours at home!”

“I purchased a Southdown mattress from Button & Sprung in December 2018 .... the staff were friendly, helpful and very professional .... and the mattress itself is simply THE most incredible mattress that I have ever slept on and EVERY night is a great nights sleep ... thank you guys , I will recommend yourselves and your incredible products at every opportunity that presents itself ... many thanks ...”

“We are delighted with our purchase. New S/K bedstead and mattress which I spend a lot of time on. The Drysdale mattress we did find a bit too firm and maybe should have gone for the softer one, however we opted to not send back and just add a light mattress topper which has made all the difference. The team were so helpful in the store, the delivery guys grumbled a little bit about turning the corners of our landing with the mattress, but it was understandable. All in all a very pleasant experience.”

“They were sooooooo patient in advising me - I must have been in about 10 times! The kids also loved it- little computers for them to play on and drinks- they think the best place ever! Gives such piece of mind that you can lie on the options to really get a feel for what you want and I like that not too much choice as it could become over whelming- the perfect amount in the range! First night on mattress last night and I slept so well - for the first time in ages I did not notice my husbands movements. Delivery men very nice to!!!!!! Only thing I wish is that they offered a head board with studs around it.”

“The whole process of buying a bed was made simple by Button & Sprung. The delightful showroom is a place where you can ask questions, try out mattresses and take your time over such an important decision. The sales assistants give great advice and make the whole process stress free. When the bed arrived it was carefully assembly onsite. It is quite simply the best bed we have EVER had. It's like sleeping in a giant fluffy cloud - we love it.”

“The delivery arrived at the time advised and I received a call ahead of schedule. The gentlemen were courteous and worked very quickly to build the bed. They also tidied all the rubbish away, which was very much appreciated!”
