“I was very happy with the quality of the mattress, and live chat to discuss the mattress that I was interested in which was from the clearance website of Button & Sprung. Also the lovely surprise of a sock. The mattress is ever so comfortable.”

“Kept us informed of the progress and the guys who came to deliver and made up the bed were spot on - nice to know that they were employees of Button and Sprung and not subcontracted out - think it makes a big difference as they are bought into the ethos of the company and want to deliver to the highest of standards too.”

“Extreamly pleased my new puchase, i couldn't wait to jump into my new bed, and i wasn't disappointed! Unfortunately the delivery service was a little disappointing, two large marks left on wall and ceiling (newly painted) which will need attention 😕 however the guys were extremely polite and quick.”

“The website is incredibly clear and easy to use. One of the sales assistants had a fabric sample expedited to me because I was under time pressure to get a bed ordered. They always pick up the phone and are incredibly helpful. It arrived when they said it would, their delivery team were brilliant, and I love the finished product. It’s brilliant quality.”
