“I think you can measure a company by how it deals with problems. The bed I ordered arrived but was the wrong colour, however, the team at Button and Sprung were fantastic dealing with this. I was able to keep the bed until the new one arrived and the right colour was reordered quickly. Mistakes happen but the way they dealt with this was very professional. The bed is perfect and the quality is amazing. I’m absolutely thrilled. I would not hesitate to recommend their beds and mattresses”

“We have had our bed and mattress for 2 months now and I can safely say it’s my favourite thing we have bought for our home. Worth every penny. The mattress is unbelievably comfortable and good quality. The whole experience with Button and Sprung was excellent. From the moment we first walked into the shop to when the delivery men said goodbye, every person we spoke to was welcoming, friendly and knowledgable and made us feel like valued customers. I can’t recommend them enough.”

“5 Star. That’s all you really need to know. The customer service has always been exceptional from help choosing the right bed to keeping me updated on delivery. The guys who delivered the bed where also hard working and diligent making sure I was happy and tidying up before departing. The bed I purchased I’m more than delighted with. The bed appears very well made, of a strong construction, the craftsmanship shows in the finish of the bed. After a terrible experience dealing with 1 of B&S’s high street competitors it was a total pleasure doing business with the lovely people at Button & Spring”

“I was very impressed with their service. The mattress was delivered much earlier than expected, and on the day, the delivery men rang 20 minutes ahead to say they would be coming. They arrived at exactly the time they said, and even took their shoes off when they came into the house. Overall, the service was very efficient, friendly and helpful and I would recommend this company to my friends and family.”
