“We are very happy with our bed. Great quality. The service was amazing from start to finish. Customer service team kept us updated at all stages and we did not need to chase once for anything. Very impressive. The delivery was on time and two really nice guys assembled our bed. We would recommend Button & Sprung to anyone.”

“Our old bed collapsed during lockdown (!) and I was looking for a traditional, well-made bed and natural mattress that would last. And I found one - I am delighted with the solidity of my new foxtail bed and comfort of the Galway mattress. As I could not visit the showroom, I ordered over the phone from Matthew who answered all my questions with great product knowledge, as it was a risk for me buying such an investment remotely. Subsequent communication from Martin was swift, courteous and efficient and everything that was promised was on time. Delivery (free) was exactly on time and date and Damian and Al were amazingly swift and efficient in getting the bed in and assembled. Great service all round, thank you!”

“Fantastic experience from start to finish. Ordering was easy; I was worried about the bed delivery due to an awkward staircase. Martin requested photos so that he could brief the delivery men, and guided me on which measurements to take. He was incredibly helpful and I felt confident the bed would fit on delivery day. The delivery men were professional and quick, and I love our new bed! Excellent customer service and lovely products. I would recommend to any one.”
