“It was a nice experience in the show room testing out the beds and learning more about the product. Unfortunately we chose the wrong mattress - a firm and are changing it for a medium. I’m sure that will be right and we can then get excited about our nights sleeps. Delivery was punctual and straight forward”

“Great quality bed and mattress, we are so happy with our choice to go with B&S! At first we were unhappy that our delivery was split up and then postponed but the team was prompt at responding with good communication and went above and beyond to take care of us to ensure we are happy! Im happy to recommend these guys over and over again. There’s all lot to be said for a company that truly cares about their customers.”

“Best bed I've ever slept in! The quality of the ottoman is amazing, very easy to customise and lots of materials to choose from. Delivery took a bit longer than expected but understandable in the current situation. It also includes assembly, which is a plus!”

“This is our second bed from Button and Sprung both have been a huge success. The company do what they say they keep their word and are honest with timescales. The beds are excellent quality and when we had a slight problem with one mattress they were fabulous in remedying the situation, by replacing the mattress without any problem.”

“The base of the bed was delivered on time but unfortunately the mattress didn’t arrive! This was delivered the following day. There was a problem assembling the bed but the men were able to use parts from another bed they were due to deliver. The delivery men were courteous and respectful of my home, removing shoes on the carpeted floors.”

“I love Button & Sprung. The team are helpful and efficient. The bedroom at the store is the best way to choose a mattress and the product itself is wonderful. Our new mattress is both soft and firm and I now feel like a princess or at least like I’m sleeping at a posh hotel every night.”

“The service in store was lovely and such a fun experience. Once we had placed the order the communication from them about delivery was amazing and then on the day of delivery the team were wonderful. They were friendly, efficient and very helpful. They put the bed up so quickly and it is the comfiest, cosiest bed I have ever slept in! We absolutely love it!”

“I have been so impressed with the service received from coming to the showroom to delivery. Buying was dress and pressure free and the bed was ready within the 4-6 weeks. We were contacted to arrange delivery and sent Instructions due to covid safety. The delivery men were great and the bed was assembled quickly. Great service from start to finish. Thank you so much!”

“We bought a Lavender King Size Ottoman, (and a Montadale mattress), earlier this year, which we had covered in a fabric of our choice. The whole process of selecting, buying, getting it covered in our selected fabric, and timely delivery, was a pleasure. We were really well advised, helped, and informed. We’ve been living with the bed for several months now, and it’s just great. Lifting the bed to get to the storage is so easy, works brilliantly, and the quality is excellent. Really happy!”

“We were lucky enough to visit the showroom in Fulham which is a great way to try out the different fabrics and styles across the range. All the staff from the people on the online chat to the delivery men are extremely polite, cheerful and helpful. The Button&Sprung experience is a dream from beginning to end!”

“Absolutely made up with our Button & Sprung bed. From visiting the showroom to pick out our favourite fabric and bed type to delivery, the service has been excellent (still shocked how quickly the delivery guys put it up!). We really wanted to shop local this year and were pleasantly surprised to find out that it was actually cheaper as well as much better quality than elsewhere!”
