“Timely service by email and telephone to arrange the order and delivery of our new bed. It arrived prior to the estimated time for delivery. The assembly team were polite, professional and quick. We're enjoying our new purchase.”

“I’m delighted with our new bed. The bed is beautifully made. I love the solid base which works really welly with our mattress. The 2 men that came and installed the bed were really professional and super efficient. I would highly recommend this bed and have been impressed with the communication from Button and Sprung”

“A great service starting from our visit to the showroom in Battersea to the delivery of our new bed. It was definitely worth visiting the showroom as we had as long as we needed to test every bed & topper to make sure we ordered what was right for us. We were kept informed of the delivery time and the two guys who came to install the bed, mattress & topper were very respectful and efficient. Would highly recommend this company without hesitation.”

“We visited the showroom in order to "test" each bed/mattress. A huge selection was available for testing and with the super helpful and knowledgeable staff, we settled on purchasing a new bed, mattress and topper. Customer service was 5 stars.”

“Fantastic team at the show room. The installation was very smooth and delivered on my daughter’s birthday as a surprise. She was absolutely thrilled. The storage is very generous and ideal for a small room. She says that the mattress was very comfy and it is easy to lift the bed up and down. She hasn’t never slept so well!”

“Great product, super service, delivery guys a dream - why cannot every company be like this? The sale came from a terrible experience with another company and the advice from I think the owner, was spot on and so helpful - I cannot praise them enough. Thank you.”

“Good choice of fabrics. Bed was delivered earlier than expected. Delivery was on time and all packaging taken away. Nearly took a star away for silly bed sock ploy - people have spent a lot of money - either give them or don’t.”

Hello! Thank you for your kind review and for your feedback. I am sorry that you felt that leaving one sock (and asking for a review) seemed silly, that is not what we want at all. We have done this now for a number of years and it is a genuine attempt to encourage people to leave reviews (good or bad), as normally, very few people write reviews (in the region of 5 to 10%). “The most comfortable mattress EVER! Showroom is like a tardis. Personal touch, no hard sell and beautifully crafted beds and mattresses. The testing “sleep room” is genius. I didn’t really know what a comfortable night sleep was before now!”
