My son bank card is with me and the App limit is set so zero, but for the 4th time was fraud transactions done and we need to replace the card and pay R70 each time. Its a joke that something like this happened non-stop. Why do you have an option to block any online purchase if its not working 100% and why must a client pay the fee if the problem is with Capitec. I really think it time we close our accounts and moev to a different bank. Clearly is Capitec working well with scammers and thiefs. No refund yet received from Capitec on fraud reported items. Well done on be useless.

i dislike the fact that there are 2 payment types on the app, “Pay” and “emediate pay” there should only be one option. who waits 9-24 hours for a payment.

Capitec Bank uploaded a tax certificate to SARS for my 86 year old mother for allegedly working for them for the tax period 2022. Try getting hold of them to solve this, is proving impossible. My mother now has to open a case of identity theft with SAPS. How is it that it becomes her problem when Capitec clearly has a fraud problem in their HR department??

Capital app sucks big time,👎👎. They are always down that transacting is next to impossible. How do u trust an inconsistent bank when everything is done digital nowadays. I am starting to hate it. I even removed my debit orders elsewhere because they are not trustworthy especially at the end of the month, it is when they suck the most. If money is kept in savings and debit orders are due, then u are in a big mess because their app shuts down just when debit orders are due. How is that? They should close down u til they sort their problem out or hire new people to deal with tech staff.

Why bank with a bank that gives you 0 options to reverse a double payment? The just "advise" you it is a civil matter now . Truly pathetic ...changing banks as soon as posdible

Second month in a row now were wages have not been released. Phoned the bank Saturday morning 24 September 2022 they very quick to say its not there fault but service is defiantly becoming worse, I work for a large company all wages were paid on Friday everybody received there pay from different banks including Tyme bank that only started yesterday. Weekly wages that get paid on a Friday always used to reflect for the guys same day usually no later that 20H00 now it only reflects on the Saterday,Capitec there is a problem do something about it.I will be contacting standard bank today and have all wages changed for the guys transferred to standard bank

Good day...I just received the best service ever. I visited Capitec Bank at Colombine square, Jhb south earlier on and was assisted by Shelton... a very friendly consultant who helped me with my loan application. He showed so much interest in his job. Thank you for your services...

Very terrible service at capitec, I can hear lot of people give praises to this terrible bank, wait until you get scammed, I have been waiting for 3 months now, nobody is taking my case serious.

I am currently overseas Capitec informed me to get a new card and an internet dongle for internet banking. Anyway so they debit my account block my previous card and tell me that you now have a new card and you may send somebody to collect your card just send an the person's Identity document. hahaha guess what my sister went today to collect my card just then being refused to collect it how crazy is that? Very very very bad service at Capitec they dnt even deserve a one star rating they should get half a star

I visited Capitec Forest Hill yesterday, where I received an excellent, memorable, TP Kekana unforgettable service, attended by a Lady with the name Mamiki on her name tag, she explained exactly what i needed and sent me to the guy on Teller number 9, who was equally excellent. In less than few minutes all I wanted was done. I was overjoyed I even forgot to check the Teller's name. All my previous doubts and frustrations with Capitec were gone. Thanx to those two. 083 684 2777

Capitac service just bad, firstly my replacement card was not working and now my *120 can't transfer money. Gikigiki no notifications anymore. I just regret for being part of capitec😏😏😏
