“A 24month old satnav had a SIM card failed to do a map update for the 2nd time and left me with a ASImap exi error which rendered the satnav useless on both occasions The fix was to purchase a replacement card and then a 2nd card . The 1st card cost me £20 then 12 months later the second card cost £50 and all this was on a unit which had FREE map updates for life. Not good PR or reliability”

“Ordered an new SD Card via Snooper. Came down in time expected (6 days). Snooper charged £7.95 delivery to Jersey (for a tiny SD card...) Very expensive. Not sure who creates the delivery cost but a stamp would have been less than £1. someone is making a lot of money here.”

“Very helpful over the phone. Product arrived within 2 days. Waiting to have it fitted. Have seen it advertised cheaper on line but none in stock and I had the advantage of a rearview camera included, so that balances it up. On a personal level would have liked to see a full video of the product to see how everything worked rather than selective segments”
