“Car audio center are absolutely brilliant. I'm a rookie when it comes to car audio, and put together a basket of products that weren't compatible with each other. Car Audio Center rang me up to inform me of this and ensured that I was getting the correct parts for my system. The system has now been installed and I'm incredibly happy with the sound and quality. If you're looking to get a sound system, I highly recommend giving their support team a call as they can provide expert recommendations to ensure your system will work brilliantly”

“Happy with the product I got and fast delivery, only slight issue was the email in regards to delivery had no tracking information filled in so I couldn’t track the package. However apart from that I’m happy and have previously bought things from here with no problems”

“A terrible experience... They sent me a open product with post-it note attached stating 'FAULTY' - I am amazed (I sent them a picture as well)!!! I contacted them via support email and they took a week to get back to me!!! They apologised and aske me to THEN contact their returns department via email... I asked them to send a new product in the meantime, with no reply. Very poor customers support. I should not have to go through a returns when they have made a MASSIVE ERROR. Still have no response from them.”
