“Best help for you guys, if you don't buy here anything. I ordered a smeaker, in the check out they said 3 days i will get, that was the main reason i use this shop, after 9 days still nothing, the chat site is useless, still nobody answered my question, email is same, on the phone they told to me that product is out of stock! So they lie to me when i bought that. I canceld the order, the worker said 3-5 day i will get back the money, but on the application i still see my order. Totali useless costumer service, no idea what they have, how many they have! Never again”

“After a false start from ordering, later to find that you were out of stock of my item by getting in touch with you, i was told a delivery had been made and my item had been dispatched to me. The following day the courier delivered the said item which i have installed in my car and am very happy with it”

“I can describe the service I got from Car Audio Centre truthfully with only one word: awesome. By way of explanation, I ordered the In Phase USW300 under-seat subwoofer around 3 pm on Monday, was in the office on Tuesday when Evri sent an email saying it attempted delivery but no one was home. Another email informed me the package had been left at my local post office to collect, with a verification QR code for collection. I made the post office straight from work at 5:30 and collected my order. Everything went like clock work. Would I deal with Car Audio Centre again? Hell, yes! Wonderful processing of my order and faultless delivery”

“I ordered a stereo on a Saturday night but realised after purchasing that I bought the wrong one. I immediately sent an email requesting my order to be cancelled. However, I didn't receive a reply until Monday when I was informed that it couldn't be cancelled as it had already been shipped. Instead, I was advised to return the item once I received it. Upon requesting the return, I was informed that I would need to pay for the return postage and write a cover letter explaining the reason for the return. Overall, it was a poor experience, and I feel like they make it difficult for people to avoid returning items.”

“I took a bit of a chance on the black Friday deals on offer here. Was really pleased that I did, ordered two amps and two subs via the website. Was dispatched and with courier next day. Was delivered a day or two after that. All items arrived safely, I have not fully fitted the items but have tested they all work. Could not have been simpler or quicker, many thanks to all for the great service, Keep it up. 👍”
