“After a false start from ordering, later to find that you were out of stock of my item by getting in touch with you, i was told a delivery had been made and my item had been dispatched to me. The following day the courier delivered the said item which i have installed in my car and am very happy with it”

“I found some JVC speakers I really liked and looked around and found the best price at Car Audio Centre. Shipped very quickly via a hood courier with an hour wide delivery window. Great service and my JVC speakers are now fitted and sounding great!”

“I can describe the service I got from Car Audio Centre truthfully with only one word: awesome. By way of explanation, I ordered the In Phase USW300 under-seat subwoofer around 3 pm on Monday, was in the office on Tuesday when Evri sent an email saying it attempted delivery but no one was home. Another email informed me the package had been left at my local post office to collect, with a verification QR code for collection. I made the post office straight from work at 5:30 and collected my order. Everything went like clock work. Would I deal with Car Audio Centre again? Hell, yes! Wonderful processing of my order and faultless delivery”

“I ordered a stereo on a Saturday night but realised after purchasing that I bought the wrong one. I immediately sent an email requesting my order to be cancelled. However, I didn't receive a reply until Monday when I was informed that it couldn't be cancelled as it had already been shipped. Instead, I was advised to return the item once I received it. Upon requesting the return, I was informed that I would need to pay for the return postage and write a cover letter explaining the reason for the return. Overall, it was a poor experience, and I feel like they make it difficult for people to avoid returning items.”

“I took a bit of a chance on the black Friday deals on offer here. Was really pleased that I did, ordered two amps and two subs via the website. Was dispatched and with courier next day. Was delivered a day or two after that. All items arrived safely, I have not fully fitted the items but have tested they all work. Could not have been simpler or quicker, many thanks to all for the great service, Keep it up. 👍”

“Well, I haven't yet had time to fit it, but I've had a look to see what's what, and everything g looks good, but it would be mor clear if the antenna were to marked up as such, rather than purely a serial number. We'll wait and see what it sounds like, and how simple it is to operate.”

“Probably the quickest delivery I have had, ordered late one day arrived at lunchtime the following day! The best price I could find on the internet( inclusive of delivery) I have not fitted the car radio yet, so I can't comment on that at this time”
