“I went to the Tooting shop to buy an adapter for my radio, and when I put it in the speakers didn't work. I went back to get them to tell me the problem and they told me I had to change the speakers and radio. So far so good! When I got home to put the radio in I found that they had cut the wires to the adapter that they themselves had sold me. So I'm going to pay the outrageous amount of money they're asking for the work! I recommend that you don't go there, and especially not there!”

“Pioneer AVIC-Z1000D42-C unit ordered online on Sunday evening, 20th October. Price was between £100 and £200 cheaper thann any other online supplier. I received an immediate aknowledgement of my order, with an estimated delivery date between Wednesday 23rd and Friday 25th. The following day I received an e-mail advising me that the item had been despatched and it was delivered by DPD on the morning of Tuesday 22nd. Excellent service. Haven't had time to install the unit, so can't comment on that, but hope to put that right at the weekend.”

“I was sold an item that they never had in stock and they replaced it with an item that they never shipped to me they denied my request for refund they won't contact me. Dollars for non-existent speaker that have been waiting almost a month for.”
