“Been helpfull, friendly,polite incredibly quick to answer any of my questions. All products in my orders have been 100 percent perfect condition packaging included, an over all fast and very satisfying experience. Forgot to mention prices are great and i have a very happy me. Great work caraudiocentre”

“I had accidentally ordered 2 of the same product. I sent in a support ticket, and while I didn’t get a reply about it, they refunded me for the accidental second one, and only sent me one. Great service, the box that arrived had a couple bumps in the corners but I’m really not that bothered as I’m not going to be fitting the box into my car, just the contents. Good pricing, good selection of products, and although the faster delivery prices are a bit steep, the package did arrive pretty quickly. I would recommend, and will probably come back when I need to.”

“Purchased a JVC DAB aerial to go with my new stereo (bought elsewhere) Excellent communication, service and delivery time not to mention well packaged inc fitting instructions. “Order made on the 06/05/21 paid for next day delivery I finally get the order on the 12/05/21 so much next day delivery from them. They don't refund the cost of the next day delivery. Number of calls to costume service, only get we look into it and get no body gets back in touch with you. You don't even get a sorry about your order. I shall not be ordering from them ever again Very bad service and costumer care”

“I purchased a radio a month ago and unfortunately the debit to my account was duplicated. Following four telephone calls, acceptance of the error and promises the refund is imminent this has still not been actioned. I will not use this company again, nor recommend them.”

“The service with regard to the ordering process was very good but as an existing customer was no surprise.The only part of the service that was unacceptable was the terrible delivery service by royal mail tracker.Not only was there no info re the delivery but they missed the delivery window of 9am to 1 pm by 2 hours thus I wasted most of last saturday please use another company in future john burton”
