“Returning customer, now I wouldn't do that if I wasn't happy with the service I received would I? Superb website, lots of useful information to help me make my choice, keen pricing and all delivered on time with the minimum of fuss. I've yet to fit my purchase but I'm sure it will perform as it should, if not I have every faith Car Audio Centre will advise / help me further.”

“Received the speakers that I had ordered very very quickly. Communication was great from the seller and was told when they were dispatched. They arrived well packaged and seem to be good quality for the price paid. I have not fitted them yet, so not sure of the sound quality. As they were a replacement for an old car they should be ok.”

“Ordered a stereo and lead to suit. 2 weeks later i still didn't get the right leads, so had to source these elsewhere as Car Audio Centre couldn't get them for another week. Having to return 2 seats of leads and these might take up to 2 weeks to get a refund for. Can't say I am happy with this level of service.”

“Superb service, my stereo arrived the next day. Bad luck though some thieves broke into my van three days later and smashed the touch screen, so hoping customer services will advise me on a screen replacement at my cost of course”

“Terrible service, ordered 2 items over a week ago, one has turned up in good time, the other we still haven't got. Apparently it was on back-order, but I wasn't told that. Sent an E-mail, but didn't get a reply. Had to ring up and was told it would be delivered in around 48 hours, but that was up 3 days ago, still no sign of it. Think i will use Halfords next time.”

“No confirmation of order, no delivery date sent. I had to call to see when it was being delivered. Was delivered the day I called,if i had not called I would never have known it was being delivered”

“Very disappointed that having ordered something and paid for it, that is was not in stock, and hasn't arrived almost a week later. It is on it's way now, but had to delay the work being done etc, I think you should say if something is not in stock at the time of order.”

“When I called to renew my Gem subscription I was offered a replacement unit at a fantastic price which also included smart motorway data for a year. The new subscription was loaded into the new unit and set up. I also received a substantial discount on a wireless windscreen mount for the car. To top it all this was all ordered mid morning and arrived by courier the following day at around 11 am. The Road Angel Pure unit is a quality piece of kit and is very easy to read. Overall Polite, helpful and faultless service. Thank you.”

“Shopped here a few years ago had a problem with my purchase which was sorted very promptly just bought a road angel and couldn’t of asked for better service excellent company”
