“When I called to renew my Gem subscription I was offered a replacement unit at a fantastic price which also included smart motorway data for a year. The new subscription was loaded into the new unit and set up. I also received a substantial discount on a wireless windscreen mount for the car. To top it all this was all ordered mid morning and arrived by courier the following day at around 11 am. The Road Angel Pure unit is a quality piece of kit and is very easy to read. Overall Polite, helpful and faultless service. Thank you.”

“Shopped here a few years ago had a problem with my purchase which was sorted very promptly just bought a road angel and couldn’t of asked for better service excellent company”

“Received notice from the car audio centre Monday the radio had been sent. Checked tracking Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday on the post office tracking. This stated the package had not left the car audio centre Monday. Has said the same all week. Not a swift service, and now being asked to review the experience it’s only making things worse. Still not received.”

“Firstly I’m an old supporter of Road Angel using the older Gem model, which was and is good ... but the Pure is excellent and has ALL you need. The staff are polite, professional and helpful so with a good customer service it’s pretty unbeatable ... And I’m a genuine customer ~ D.James / Edgware.”
