“I bought a Double DIN Pioneer stereo head unit in their Spring sale, saving roughly £75 in the process and getting free delivery via Royal Mail within two working days. The package turned up in good condition (a corner of the box suggested it had been dropped at some point, but that could easily be Royal Mail to blame) and the stereo seems to work exactly as advertised (it's a bit early to review the product, as the lockdown means I've not driven much). The website gave me a little trouble registering an account directly after my order, and I didn't receive a confirmation email, which would knock a star off, but their customer service was both quick to respond and very helpful, providing confirmation of the order and an order number so I could register on their site and track the parcel (thanks again, Gary!)”

“Ordered item by mistake thinking was full unit but was just a screen protector. Emailed them straight after purchase and asked to cancel. Had a email next day saying item has been dispatched. No replies from the company and had to open up a case on PayPal for reimbursement”

“the service and delivery were good,my only disappointment was i asked the person over the phone for a direct swap but an upgrade for the stock speakers.I had to make spacers for these a do a lot of changing to the fitments.”

“I needed a CD player for my new Dacia Logan.The car came on purchase with a SAT NAV and all the rest of the stuff I don't need fitted in as standard.NO CD PLAYER though.So I ordered a individual CD powered by my USB connection. Prompt delivery but as the gentleman explained (GARY),try it if it didn't fit or adapt,send it back. Unfortunately it didn't fit or adapt so I had to return it.”

“Ordered head unit a week ago and no confirmation of delivery date. I had to ring up to check what was happening with the order. They stated the head unit had gone missing! The courier statement says order was cancelled, which is it? No offer of reimbursement or a token gesture for inconvenience caused. I have my van stripped down to install this and have been waiting a week. I now have to wait a further several more days for delivery (if it comes!) Not very happy.”
