“Sent alternative cabling without informing me, not so much of an issue but they missed out the speaker cable..kind of important, this was Saturday, it’s now Tuesday and they still havnt sent me the missing cable even though I paid next day delivery”

“Ordered my item on line via their website. the item I bought couldn’t be found cheaper anywhere else! since I bought mine I’ve recommended them to quite a few people who have gone on to order the same product due to cost! Easy site to use and despatch was very quick!”

“It did not.having bought two of the recent Pure, one for my son and one for myself, Dili very should have been August, but they arrived in May. Was assured that they were the same as the ones to be shipped in August but without the firmware update.so far neither of them work satisfactorily. My first unit was a small oval one, then three Gems. Followed by a Pure a couple of years ago, decided to buy the new ones as it looked as if there had been improvements, but after a week of trying no progress. I tried to download the instructions for returning,but even that defeated me. Watch this space”

“Good purchasing advice on Kenwood receiver. Packaging really good and received in two days. All looks great, not yet installed. Would have appreciated a confirmation mail of order & to enable tracking, otherwise would have been 5* David Garner”
