“Great customer service will use again”

“Excellent service from these guys. Bought an amp and sub. Amp arrived within 2 days. Unfortunately the sub didnt arrive. Gave them a call and was told itvwas on back order. Upgraded me to another sub without any issues and it arrived 2 days later. Really happy and wouldn't ho anywhere else now”

“Bought a snooper s6900 plus as I was told when I called up to update my current db8500 that even tho it was bought with lifetime map updates it was for only 8yrs and was now obsolete even tho it works perfectly well, do I was convinced to buy the 6900 plus that came promptly but took out of box and was running even older maps than my previous one…. So plugged in to my MacBook to update kept getting a error code whilst trying to update after numerous phone calls to snooper they then told me even tho it says it’s compatible with Apple MacBooks it currently isn’t and they don’t know when it will be ! And so I will need a windows computer to update ! I’m not sure what’s happened to snooper they used to be really on the ball there sat-nav was second to none ! Don’t buy ! Stay clear !”

“Hindsight - Should of shopped around, could of saved £40 - £50 and the saturday delivery at £25 seemend expensive but i could be wrong”

“Sales man said - easey to fit with instructions- no instructions came. Salesman was reluctant to answer my calls. Was then told to look at videos online. Which Dont show u how to fit it exactly . Mo the installer wanted £45 to tell me how to fit it but he told me how to do it anyway. Then a week after use the Pioneer head unit froze , and then sales department said this is normal for pioneer and to unplug it for 2 days to reset it. So far. It’s been a bad experience as I was sold a product that they know has issues an I didn’t get fitting instructions like I was told I’d get. Then the head unit fails when u ask it to play a USB. Which is all I really play.”

“After splitting up with my partner I found out after several years that my portion of the checking account was never closed we had a joint checking account it continued to affect my credit even after he’d passed away. “I had read a lot of reviews about the 'lag' with these types of devices. Spoke to a lad at Car Audio and took a chance on this. This works wonderfully well with my non-factory fitted Sony 3250 head unit. There is a slight lag at the beginning when, say, Spotify loads the playlist (also depends on phone signal). But thereafter not lag at all. All apps work extremely well especially navigation. So very pleased and would recommend.”
