“Did`nt actually keep the media player but the service was excellent, delivery was very quick and once I had returned the item the refund was processed with no problems. Would`nt hesitate to recommend.”

“On speaking to the salesman I got though to on my phone call I was discussed with the way he spoke to me and very unhelpful He said I’ve been on the phone to you for 22 minutes we are not a technical service to help you to fit your radio go to a fitter who knows what to do instead asking me I asked to be put through to customer service And reported him I hope he gets a talking to Customer service sorted my problem And they were great Ian burrows”

“One of the item was not in stock. Order supposed to be on Tuesday ( paid £9.99 for next day delivery). I called them on Wednesday to ask when I can expect the order. Been told that one of the item is not in stock so they can cancel order or ship what they have.Eventually received items on Thursday not on Tuesday and still was charged £9.99 for next day delivery and been refunded £10 for the item that was part of the bundle but wasn't in stock when it costs £16 everywhere else. Not great experience. Won't be shopping there again.”

“This is a great stereo for the price. With all the modern tech, Bluetooth, USB,DAB but still has a CD player for those who still prefer a bit old school. Great display and easy to use.”
