“Good website, and rapid delivery. Packing could be improved by putting the speakers I ordered inside a box rather than wrapping them in black shrink wrap. Have bookmarked and will no doubt by from again. Not used customer services, so no comment there.”

“I ordered a car stereo and I paid for next day delivery and waited all day for my item to come. Eventually I received the car steroid four days later. When I opened the parcel it has no Manuel/ instructions book for it. Totally disappointed customer. I am planning to call tomorrow morning and hopefully will be sent instruction booklet.”
