“They are happy to sell you you kit whether it is the right product or not, they are no so good at taking resposibility for what they have advised you you need to purchase. If you know exactly what you need and it is cheaper here then I guess they are an okay supplier.”

“Delivery very late (12 days) yes we had snow for a day.. after calling Caraudio twice to chase up as they are responsible for it getting to your house, I just spoke to young boys with no customer experience at all, and no knowledge of consumer rights, one of them told me if I would get off the phone he could do something, no feedback at all, nothing, I had to chase the courier to rearrange.. I could of quite easily went to a proper company like Amazon or eBay but I thought I would give the small business a chance, we’ll they had it and lost it as far as I’m concerned. Poor show Car Audio, learn Customer Service and you might scrape through 2018.”

“Had to wait 11 days for the products !!! i assumed you had them in stock . If i have not chased you about my order i would not have know there was a delay. You need to put on your web site if the product is in stock or not !!!!”
