“The unit could not be fitted to the particular vehicle due to extra equipment required namely ISOS cable and DABS antenna that I was not aware I had to be in possession of. This information should have been conveyed to me as I am inexperienced in this particular unit.for future customer satisfaction and of course sales, it would be a good idea to enquire that the customer has everything they need to fit the equipment”

“Kenwood KMM-BT204 Ordered on the 6th and arrived on the 10th witch was a Sunday and was well packed. Very pleased with the service provided and the item was priced at a good value. Also a free Angry Birds air freshener. Thanks and Merry Christmas”

“I returned an item for a refund (it was too big unfortunately). The seller refunded the cost of the item but not the original postage. This is in contravention of UK distance-selling law. I raised the issue with them, pointing out their legal obligation to refund the postage, they refused. I have raised a claim with paypal, as I have done on previous occasions with other sellers and will undoubtedly eventually receive the refund for postage. This has become a very common problem with UK sellers, they rely on the ignorance of the public and even lie to them when they query it.”

“Good, Sound advice! Extremely helpful staff over the phone, who advised me what head unit to purchase. They even advised me to go for the less expensive unit, as my needs did not require the extra functions of the top model. Great customer experience with fast delivery. I will be back, and recommending their services to friends in the meantime!”
