“Beware - they use UK MAIL courier, who left package OUTSIDE front door without knocking, when I was at home Delivery was fast. Customer service v good when I needed to amend order”

“Useless. Purchased a Pioneer unit for my car which didn't fit the stock unit. Unit is the wrong size for the car and a different wiring harness required. Even called CAC before finishing the purchase online to verify fitment and was assured by a condescending twat that it was "plug & play", meaning direct fit and no changes to wiring harness required. 350 quid later and I have a paperweight. Even shipped the unit at my own expense to another country after being reassured it would fit.”

“everything was great. very competitive pricing extremely helpful and knowledgeable stuff. until i have receive my amp in a box that looks like taken from a display model and showed in a box. it didnt feel like that it was new at all but i couldnt send it back because i gave it to the garage while they are doing other jobs on my car to fit it. i am hoping that it works even instruction booklet was open”
