“sent an alternative item to the one I ordered, no communication about this and overcharged by £10.00. three phone calls to customer services before I was told accept alternative item or send back for refund. return procedure took 7 days to complete at my cost.”

“Prompt delivery and top products thanks guys. A side note : on my Android device some of the menu navigation is a bit tedious, ie I will select say a category in accessories but don't seem to be able to go back just one level when selecting 'back' it takes me to the beginning list again.”

“The company they used for shipping were terrible , driver never turned up , we didn't get a card and he never returned that day as promised. Car audio center were helpful but also said this is normal for a Monday so that's why I'm giving three stars. I think it's important to change the shipping company so as not to upset your customers.”
