“Wrong stuff delivered I ordered a incar charger lead for a s6900 sat nav and a mag mount not a bracket as I have got the bracket”

“Well, I have been trying to match a radio for my daughters Citroen C1. The initial JVC was on back order so I phoned and replaced with a Pioneer which is absolutely amazing. The radio came with a converter kit and the Pioneer App is superb. Thank you to the gentleman who advised me. Ordered Thursday came Monday.”

“Delivery on time. The unit fitted the 2002 RAV4 as advised by Car Audio staff without problems. So far it works well. I downloaded the uk operating instructions from the Pioneer site.”

“Contacted car audio by phone and by email to check that a wired to wireless Apple CarPlay adapter would work with my car only to find after purchasing it didn’t. Spoke with car audio and they explained they can’t check all vehicles, so why did they tell me it would! The paper work that came with the product had a link to check which vehicles it worked with and mine wasn’t listed, d sad o again why tell my it did when it doesn’t.”

“Very helpful. Sorted out my problem with my Snooper Truckmate Sat Nav. Ned walker was on the ball, responded to my enquiries expeditiously and with knowledge and understanding. Even identified a payment that was not applicable which wasn't aware of and had it immediately refunded. Great customer service 👏.”
