“I was really pleased with the website price and helpful information (CAC also made a quick useful YouTube video on installing a DAB windscreen antenna). The Alpine kit was dispatched and arrived really quickly, so all good. Happy to recommend.”

“I found the website visually confusing with all the banners etc round the sides and it took me a few attempts to find the item I wanted. I made payment and received an error message saying I would have to start again. About 10 minutes later I received an email saying my order was successful. When the item was despatched I received an email from a 'no reply' address, but none of the details had been completed so it didn't give me the shipping number or the company responsible, so I could not track it. The parcel arrived within a couple of days. I cannot review the item itself as it is a present for someone else.”

“I ordered an Amp, double subwoofer box, wiring kit & x2 xtinct subs about a month ago? Out of my whole order only got the subs, which I returned 1 & kept 1. I'm still waiting for my refund & there's no communication between car audio & myself whatsoever. I'm furious about this as I've left multiple messages online & called god knows how many times!! I've tried explaining myself over & over again & still no one listened? Now why should a paying customer have to wait to be refunded for the items I've not received & 1 item that I've returned? DPD the courier have even admitted their fault in making a mistake with the delivery, but car audio won't do the right thing & just refund what I've paid for? I always used them for my car, all my work was done by their fitting station in ilford, now I'm thinking twice about ever going back to them again!! So not just an online customer you've lost, but a shop customer too? I don't recommend them at all!!! Absolute joke!!”

“Very helpful. Excellent service. Kept us up to date with their supplier problems. Went out of their way to give us options when delivery was delayed. Refund was always an option when the radio we wanted wasn't available, but found us the perfect, excellent quality radio in the end. Can't thank Gary enough for his efforts.”
