“I am a customer of Snooper and I ordered a card reader from them for my dashcam. They acknowledged my order and then out of the blue I get an e-mail from Car Audio Centre advising that my order had been dispatched It was only by cross referencing the order number that I was able to learn that it was my Snooper order. No-one advised me about any of this and any connection between Snooper and yourselves. Goods received ok and no complaints.”

“first time customer and last time I ordered a car radio and after 1 week it never arrived, so rang up customer services to see what the problem was and was told it was out of stock, even though they took the payment, they never emailed or made any such contact with me to make me aware of this,so i just cancelled VERY POOR BUSINESS !!”

“Hopeless service, I had an email telling me my order had been dispatched, I had not ordered anything from them, I had never heard of the company. email states parcel is with Parcel-company(unnamed) tracking number is Tracking-Number! States track on line at Tracking-Link this is a generic term not a tracking number. Tried to phone, poor quality sound and repeated unhelpful message, phone never answered. leave message, never responded to to. Still waiting for delivery of ? Avoid”

“Arrived really quickly,I was also pleasantly surprised at the wonderful quality of the radio,the advert said slightly damaged to facia but I couldn't believe what great condition its in for the price I'm very happy 😀 with the radio and service,would recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them ahain”

“ordered via Snooper needed maps on a memory card for my truck but have been sent a caravan one. Paperwork says truckmate. messaged Snooper yesterday 1st thing got a reply saying someone will be in touch by 12.00 never heard a thing from anyone messaged again about 3pm still waiting”
