“They responded very quickly to my request for information prior to making a purchase. And the good arrive very quickly so full marks for that. But the information provided was not correct. They sold me an item I didn't need and they didn't sell me something I did need. And part of one of the items was missing and they have not replied to my emails about that. So I have to go out to another store and but the missing part and the item that I needed to complete the job that they did not advise me I needed.”
