Not helpful at all I’ve had 5 people out to look at my scooter which just stopped on a corridor at the hospital and left me stranded. I purchased a part after paying £80 for call out only to be told that wasn’t the problem they now want me to purchase a battery at the cost of £399 and won’t reimburse me my original £99 for the part I didn’t need. Customer service is non existent wouldn’t recommend this company.

Unprofessional and bullying company. A housebound old lady bought a wheelchair on their recommendation. It faulted and broke on the 3rd outing. No one in the company cares and trying to say there isn’t a fault. They then blame the elderly woman for using it wrong. Although they can’t say what she would have done to create the fault. They’ve threatened to charge her £10 a day if she doesn’t take it back. Even though she’s terrified of it as they can’t tell her why it broke or that it won’t happen again. Company that takes advantage of vulnerable people, caring only about profit. Avoid at all cost.

STill waiting for just under £600 to be refunded to me for the first scooter I had to return. This was almost a month now. I did also have a ramp sent out that I was going to return as it was too heavy for me,but the man who came to get the scooter could not get it out with out using the ramp I wanted to return.he also scratch it when he was using it,now I am stuck with ramp I can't use and due to him also not taking it with him to return it after it was sorted with Ipswich show room sorted all of it out for .e I just had to ring up to book date that work best for me. This was the 14/9/22 order date. Then it came 3/10)22 not suitable asked to return.next day.i order a second choice and it came 21/10/22 that is when the ramp got damage what I want to send back it . the second scooter is not suitable due to my problems that.arrived 21/10/22 I rang next day to get it return to only have it collected on 10/11/22 still not refunded for the Missing just under £600 fo from the first one. Now the second one gone back today. And stuck with a ramp due to him using it and damage it I owe the money back to my family members for both these as how we ordered them I have had to pay bit back out my benifit each week and my pip so they can pay their rent and bills. I am now stuck and over drawn in my bank I am disabled as is my daughter who is 21 and need a scooter as does my son who is 29 and me so I hope you can now under stand how important having a scooter is to me. This is why I say check your refunds and make sure you get back what you paid. Don't be afraid speak up if you think it is wrong

Bought titan approx 3week ago not tried it till last Thursday due health issues two small rear wheels are constantly dragging on the ground very poor ground clearance. Eventually got though to local branch they said customer service will ring me that was two days ago.when I purchased it the service was good when you have a problem the service is not very good still had no reply

Purchased a mobility scooter in July this year so it's approx one month old I am experiencing problems with the braking system, the seat and the foam rubber covering on the tiller handles. I am currently unable to get a response via email, phone call, contact us in website. Following my initial problems I thought I might get a better experience this time. Not so and my previous review has disappeared! Shop staff great. Once you can get through on the telephone the staff are very helpful. My inability to get through by any method is very frustrating. Come on Careco, do your job

My parents recently bought a assisted chair from careco battlefield showroom and I was very pleased with the customer service from Emma and Pauline. Very friendly and helpful top notch

Good products and slick sales teams but product support is very poor. My powered wheelchair developed a fault two months after delivery. I expected prompt service under warranty but it took ten days to get an engineer to me and I now have a further week’s wait for a part. Unacceptable!

I have purchased several items in the past from this company. Today , i attempted to contact them by contact form/ email, the response has been very poor.. On the contact form it stated that replies would be within 48 HOURS!!!! It was just as though they were not interested in a potential sale of around ££2000. By comparison, a message to a competitor company was answered in about 1 minute!

Bought 2 lift & recline chairs, a rivet snapped on one of them and after lengthy phone calls and engineer arrived to replace the rivet. At the time, he said chairs were cheap chinese rubbish but had cost us £2000 which I don't consider cheap! 6 week later the same new rivet on same chair has snapped making it unable to use the footrest. We are unable to get through to customer service, been holding on for an hour this morning and given up. Customer service and quality of the chairs is appalling, I will definitely not be shopping here again.

Amanda from the exeter branch was at the bristol branch today and helped us choose the right model transit chair for my wife margaret and myself, she was very knowlegeable and friendly, would highly recommed the care co service.

Excellent service from placing order to installation of riser/recliner chair in 1st floor room using white glove service. Tess and Ahmed were very well organised and the goods were protected in quilts or similar to prevent any damage to walls or paintwork.

What disgusting company paid over £2500 for a scooter first one chassis broke, after week of communication a new one was sent out which the electrics failed now on our 3rd scooter, you have a pay for engineers to come out. when trying to make a complaint was discriminated under the equality act due to my disability and they have refused to look at my complaint. company is disgusting don't call back when they say, when you do call them you can be on the phone for hours

Took delivery of my new riser chair order number1144292 today .It was delivered within the time frame promised by Andy who put it together and explained the controls very clearly .He was very helpful and pleasant thank you Andy

Went to the Milton Keynes branch and i can honestly say that i was impressed by the service given by Craig Roberts. He certainly new his products. he was pleasant to deal with and certainly not pushy. I was further impress by the delivery. Craig said it would be Tuesday or Wednesday and it arrived Tuesday with a 2 hour delivery window. The delivery guys deliver it to the room you want.

Staff very friendly at Careco in Brierley Hill. We were left to shop in peace and had great service. Jacob was very professional and polite. We are looking forward to receiving our chairs. Recommended anyone to go there

Saw Lynne at the Eastbourne Branch today and purchased new scooter. Nothing was too much trouble in helping us choose the correct model. Both lady’s were excellent.
