STill waiting for just under £600 to be refunded to me for the first scooter I had to return. This was almost a month now. I did also have a ramp sent out that I was going to return as it was too heavy for me,but the man who came to get the scooter could not get it out with out using the ramp I wanted to return.he also scratch it when he was using it,now I am stuck with ramp I can't use and due to him also not taking it with him to return it after it was sorted with Ipswich show room sorted all of it out for .e I just had to ring up to book date that work best for me. This was the 14/9/22 order date. Then it came 3/10)22 not suitable asked to return.next day.i order a second choice and it came 21/10/22 that is when the ramp got damage what I want to send back it . the second scooter is not suitable due to my problems that.arrived 21/10/22 I rang next day to get it return to only have it collected on 10/11/22 still not refunded for the Missing just under £600 fo
from the first one. Now the second one gone back today. And stuck with a ramp due to him using it and damage it I owe the money back to my family members for both these as how we ordered them I have had to pay bit back out my benifit each week and my pip so they can pay their rent and bills. I am now stuck and over drawn in my bank I am disabled as is my daughter who is 21 and need a scooter as does my son who is 29 and me so I hope you can now under stand how important having a scooter is to me. This is why I say check your refunds and make sure you get back what you paid. Don't be afraid speak up if you think it is wrong
