Bought 2 lift & recline chairs, a rivet snapped on one of them and after lengthy phone calls and engineer arrived to replace the rivet. At the time, he said chairs were cheap chinese rubbish but had cost us £2000 which I don't consider cheap!
6 week later the same new rivet on same chair has snapped making it unable to use the footrest. We are unable to get through to customer service, been holding on for an hour this morning and given up.
Customer service and quality of the chairs is appalling, I will definitely not be shopping here again.
