I have purchased several items in the past from this company. Today , i attempted to contact them by contact form/ email, the response has been very poor.. On the contact form it stated that replies would be within 48 HOURS!!!! It was just as though they were not interested in a potential sale of around ££2000.
By comparison, a message to a competitor company was answered in about 1 minute!
