“I rented a car from carjet website, from a green motion rent a car in Marrakech, i had to pay for 14 days and full insurance , i’m coming from US to Marrakech means 3 flights and with the delay of my flight i missed other flights and i coudn’t came that day so i called green motion people to inform them about that delay , when i arrived i kept waiting at the airport 2 hours for them and when i went to their agency i found out that they rented our reserved car to somebody else and there is no car for me , and no refund either for the other days since i arrived to the day to drop the car off ! No car no money back no good communication and no right for cancellation ! And when i made a claim to the Carjet they say we are sorry but the airlines who caused this delay they may help you with that !!!! I booked a car while in Athens.
They get your money (a third of the total rent value) in three easy steps online, none of which warn against debit cards. They accepted a payment from debit card without any warning.
Later they rejected that same debit card.
No company representative waited for me in the airport. (They advertise the airport as pickup and drop off area for their cars). There was no information at the airport as how to get to the shuttle. When I managed to find the shuttle area there was no shuttle towards their "office".
Thus I arrived at the so called "airport" office/barracks too late for a cancellation.
The pieces of it get to keep my money and not only I get nothing in return, I get negative value from it.
Avoid them like the plague.”

Fahrzeug ordnungsgemäß gebucht, zusätzlich 40 € bezahlt damit die auf mich nach dem landen mit einer Verspätung von 40 Minuten warten und mir das Fahrzeug übergeben. Da habe ich falsch gedacht. Niemand hat auf mich gewartet. Habe nachts bis 2:00 Uhr ein Hotel gesucht wo ich übernachten kann. Da ich mit dem gemieteten Fahrzeug nach Bosnien fahren wollte. Am nächsten Tag musste ich sogar noch weitere 210 € bezahlen weil angeblich die Reservierung weg ist. Die haben absolut kein Verständnis gezeigt. Für mich ist das eine reine abzocke. Werde rechtlich gegen die vorgehen. Ich kann also niemanden Car JAT empfehlen. Unfreundlicher Service den man telefonisch kontaktiert hat in Spanien, absolut miserabel und eine Katastrophe.”

I booked a car via CarJet (Claire Davis) who placed the business with GoldCar in Marseille in southern France. The rental fee was paid via CatJet's booking site.
On arrival at the car hire office in France, the assistant advised me that they had the booking but that the additional fee that I paid to CarJet for "Platinum Access Waiver" was not recognised by them and that contrary to Carjet's assertions, I would still have to pay a €1400 deposit, airport supplement, Environmental contribution and a diesel car supplement.
Upon return that day the car attendant inspected the vehicle and advised that all was ok and that my deposit would be returned in full. That all occurred on Monday 29th July2024.
The next day, GoldCar £1398.73 sterling from my account and then returned
£ 1275.11 taking £123 62 without any authorisation. To make matters worse there appears to be no way of contacting either party.
Let others beware. I really don't know how either organisation can get any mention on the review pages and that must dilute everyone's credibility somewhat.

“Arrived at Drivalia to be told along with two other customers that they had no car for us even though we had all paid upfront. Drivalia staff were rude and offered no assistance. I had to get an Uber back to Heathrow and went to Hertz who were amazing. Tried to contact CarJet via email and telephone no response from either. Do not use this company this is terrible, they took my money and didn’t not provide a car complete scam. I contacted my credit card company to retrieve the money they took as they didn’t provide the service”

“I prepaid for a rental car at Tampa International Airport with CarJet. from 6/18/24 thru 6/26/24. I was quoted $95.25 for the week.
When I arrived at the counter the agent started adding up additional charges including a toll tag fee, airport usage fees, and taxes. I agreed to pay a refueling fee so I could avoid filling the car on the way back to the airport. My final cost for the car turned out to be $264.57 NOT $95.25.
I have tried to get this resolved via email. I was asked to submit a copy of the final invoice which I did two weeks ago. Since then? Nothing!!! I'm in California and they are headquartered in the UK. The time difference makes it difficult to call them. I'm a retiree living on a fixed income.”

Una estafa, nosotros hemos tenido muchos problemas a la hora de recoger el coche alquilado a través de CarJet con la compañía FINALRENTALS en Bucharest. A la hora de recogerlo, a pesar de avisar que nuestro vuelo salía con retraso y decirnos que no había ningún problema, cuando llegamos al aeropuerto no había nadie para recogernos, nos tiramos llamando media hora hasta que vinieron a por nosotros y una vez ya en la oficina nos querían cobrar 40€ para darnos el coche por haber llegado tarde (cosa evitable si hubiesen venido a tiempo a recogernos) y según ellos fuera de horario (estábamos ahí a las 18:00 y en el contrato de alquiler ponía que la oficina estaba abierta hasta las 19:00). Por quejarnos y decir que no íbamos a pagar los 40€ nos dijeron que nos anulaban la reserva y que no nos devolvían ya nada (rompiendo los papeles del contrato en nuestras narices) y diciendo que ahí nos quedábamos. Tras negociar mucho y decirles que no podían hacer eso y estar llamando a CarJet, conseguimos que nos dejasen la reserva como estaba. PARA MÁS COLMO nos dijeron que el seguro a todo riesgo que teníamos pagado con CARJET no valía para FINALRENTALS y que pagásemos 20€/día de más para asegurarlo a todo riesgo con ellos, ya que si le pasaba algo al coche ellos no se hacían responsables de que el seguro contratado lo pagase. Total, que para no andar peleando más y por coger el coche, acabamos pagando +20€/día por el seguro porque no nos aseguraban que con el seguro de carjet (1800€ con franquicia) nos fuesen a devolver algo si le pasase algo al coche. Pésima gestión, pésimas formas y muy muy pésima la atención al cliente. Parece que sale barato pero acabas pagando +400€ por un coche de gama media pero con peor experiencia que en otras webs.”
