The car rental did not take place because I did not have an international driver's license, which I did not have time to do. Carjet refused to refund my money paid when ordering a car. They say that I should have made changes to my order before it started. The transaction did not take place, but I am at a loss, it's a pity, I will never use Carjet services again!!!😔

This is my second attempt to contact the company which is clearly ignoring me, not responding to my emails, it is unprofessional and it is impossible to contact any representative to discuss my issues, no costumer service available (?). I paid full amount of money for the car I never driven. Car rental period 25.08.22-30.08.22. Pick up point Munich airport in Germany. My flight from London was delayed by an hour. Original arrival time to Munich 10pm. I have arrived at the rental desk at 11pm to find the office closed. I managed to contact a representative (?) on provided in reservation number but it was based in Spain not in Germany. This person informed me of a closing hours and that she is unable to help me and I should be back next day otherwise my reservation will be cancelled within next 6 hours. This person was lack of knowledge and unprofessional. I hire the car to be able to transit between cities. If I would be able to come back next day I would not need the car to hire. During reservation there was no information provided in regards to office opening hours. With such knowledge I would never book a car arriving to Munich at 10pm, as a result, I have been left with no transportation to continue my journey through Germany at 11pm at night. I am requesting for the full refund to be made otherwise I am prepared to take future action.

Still waiting for refund!!! I booked this car plus insurance on the 26th July 2022, I went to pick up the car on the time given 10pm and EASIRENT told me that they didn't have a car for me and that the booking should never have taken place as they didn't have any car to rent out and it was not EASIRENT's problem and that I should contact CarJet to get my money back, I contacted CarJet and was told that I would get a answer and refund after CarJet had contacted EASIRENT now its the 2nd September 2022 whats going on?? I just want my money back for not getting a car on the date and time I had booked it, that should be very easy to figure out!!! So what really irritated me and spur me to write this was this 9th call I made to CarJet where I explained my case again to see how fare they had gotten and why it had taken so long, and the support contacted EASIRENT straight away putting me on hold, the CarJet support got back to me and said that EASIRENT had taken the money and don’t seam to want to give it back?? So you can’t have the money!! I said that’s Theft/Stealing she didn’t see it like this, I then had to explain it to here in another way, ā€œif you go and buy for example a shirt and you pay money for it and they don’t give you the shirtā€¦ā€ that’s stealing!! She then put me on hold and returned and said we will get back to you!!!

In a day and age that customer is top-of-mind and customer service is the only measurable success factor, this company does not provide anyway to contact them. All customer contact links contain cookie-cutter answers. No phone numbers and no email addresses. Deserves to go bust

Avoid,Avoid,Avoid. I have been hung on over 4 times by there extremely poor customer service and had no one reply to over 20 emails. Even though asking countless times i was refused to be put on to a complaints department or management member.

Do not use this company. Carjet are unreliable, unresponsive and a dreadful company to have to deal with. We arranged car hire from Crete airport. When we arrived the offices were closed and none of the phone numbers supplied were answered. We had to arrange for a taxi to take us to our hotel. When we have tried to contact customer services on our return to ask for our deposit of almost £80 to be repaid to us, it has proved difficult. You cannot get through on the phone and when you email them, all you get is an automated response. We wish we had read the reviews before we booked with them. The booking process itself was fine and prices reasonable - but there is no service, customer or otherwise. Do not use this company.

we were contacted by Right Car and they told us that they do not have any booking confirmation from CarJet. Given that the reservation for the car was paid for and we had to rent another car, we are waiting for an urgent explanation for what happened because so far no one is taking responsibility

I understand Carjet's business is too betray costumers. Anybody tried to refuse payment from visa card? It's said that you need to try to negotiate with the company but if they don't answer showing this chat to visa should be enough to claim your money back? With airlines the EU is so strict but renting a car it seems there are no regulations! How come they don't need to return you the money if you are late and the car has been rented to another? The company didn't lose any money.... I had the same issue with Abby in Heraklion but I'm sure there are other disgusting rental companies at the airport. All terrible companies and unpleasant people. Probably they knew what they are doing.... I wish them all possible terrible things because it's so awful to destroy people's vacation with such nasty practices but Greek and other countries allow this to happen so it's also speaking "for" the country itself and how the tourists are protected - or not like in Greece..... (Alternate Turkey has its own problems but at least you will be hardly betrayed like this)

SCAMMERS - THEY STOLE MY MONEY Avoid those ridiculous SCAMMERS. I booked a car and pre paid for it for Zante (Greece) Carjet proceeded successfully with my payment and they sent me to Europcar. I went out of the airport , went to their office to collect the car, they wanted a credit card which I don’t have (and i already told them that when i booked the car over the phone) They didn’t gave me the car and they didn’t gave me the money. Those f*** scammers ruined my beautiful holidays in Zakynthos and they STOLE MY MONEY. By the way the same terms and conditions for the credit card in different countries doesn’t applied. You can get the car with debit card. They really stole the money just like that. I hope those 2 companies to have big fines from the European Law and hopefully shut down their scam companies . AVOID THEM

I had to cancel my booking due to unfortunate circumstances and even though my initial booking was for 51 days, they would not consider refunding me even a portion of the over £2000 I initially paid. Do not use this platform, anything from Spain seems to be fraudulent.

Do not use this company. They stole my money. I made reservation online. When I went to pick up the car, the rental organization Abby car rent couldnt give it to me. Tried to cancel reservation, it was not possible because rental time had started already, even though I never got the car... So no car, no money, no help from Carjet or Abby car rent ... Save your time and money and don't use this...

I had almost exactly the same situation as I have read here by countless others. The only thing I can do is to leave another review to say I would avoid this company at all costs. There is no customer service number and the emails are eventually ignored. I ended up paying for insurance twice and Europcar covers there backs legally by not honoring any third party agreement. THIS IS CLEALRY NOT A COMPANY YOU WANT TO BE DOING BUSINESS WITH. BOOK DIRECTLY THROUGH RENTAL COMPANIES.

After travelling the world for more than 30 years, I must say that I have never met bigger croocks than Carjet. My credit card was charged twice for the full rental amount; the exact same amount on the same day and still they simply refuse to refund my cash. Their own staff at the car distribution centre informed me about this malice conduct of behavior of their management, fully admits that it is not correct, but ofcourse nothing is done. They are not even answering my emails. This organisation is only interested in taking your cash and is zero interested in delivering any service. Do not book here! Save your holiday and stay away! I'ld rather walk than book a car here.

Can not contact them. Sent me a confirmation with no Cimpany address.sent over 12cemails.. No resoonce. Been at heathrow for 3 gours trying to pick up a car from????? However money hascome out of my account. Have discovered the company is in Spain. So no chance in thw small claims court. Will show my bank the fraudulent way monwy has been extracted from my account.

These guys do hide behind their digital desk. The advertise with a low price and rip you off when you are at the desk. The force you into another insurance which you thought you already had booked onto the internet. it either a insurance or a 1600,- euro deposit and a 183,- payment for fuel. That much fuel doesn't even go into a fiat 500. When you ask at the desk fpor a refund they say you didnt pay me anything you did pay caryet. this is when you know you are fucked. do yourselves a favour doný go to Carjet.

Just stay away from them. I arrived at wroclaw Airport with 2 small kids and no car. Car was prepaid. No answer by call or email. Hoping my credit card company will reverse the charge and at some point the Spanish authorities trading standards will start to protect consumers clearly being scammed.

First of all I booked a car for in Scotland. They could not offer the car they were offerring. It had limited km’s. I called 5 times and after waithing 30 minuts on the phone the line was broken 5 times. They cancelled that booking booked an other car. They did not ā€˜tell me that they booked the car 10 km drive from that other place’ they did also not inform me that the nee car was at an other company. Now I see they charged me 75 euro to much. I try to call them now already for one out and every time after 30 minuts waithing the line suddenly stops… It’s horrible. Also there has been charged 237 euro and the men behind the desk of budget car took my credit card that day I have to check if this amount of money has been taken by him because there is no referral to a company.

Booked an Europcar car through Carjet and had a terrible experience, both with the cars and the customer service. 1. My first rental car developed a warning light within 4 hours of driving, causing me to have to delay my trip home by a day. 2. My second rental car developed a warning light within 3 hours of driving, causing me to have to drive more than an hour out of my way (and pay for the petrol used in doing so), delaying me still further. 3. Europcar and Carjet both refused any liability or responsibility and I never received any meaningful apology or compensation for my day's delay. 4. Europcar then charged me an additional fuel charge without informing me of this charge, despite the fact that I had filled the tank minutes before returning the second car. This was reimbursed eventually.

WOW WOW I have two rentals with this stupid ass Company my flight has changed now I am arriving 5 hours later I cannot modify it online I have been sending emails all I get is automated responses that makes no sense. I have one rental for Lisbon 25 Sep and I have another rental for 1 Oct for Ibiza for sure I am going to cancel both bookings and NOT have to deal with this stupid ass Company something just sounded fishy to me from the start as I have never used this stupid ass company here is the funny thing their stupid automated emails says responde above here ### LOL how in the World am I going to respond above the line ? what a bunch of assholes excuse my French how in the World is even allowed for this Company to be on the business
