“Terrible company. They love to take your money but won't help you at all. They just say: "In that case you can't take the car." They have a very 'your loss' attitude. Their costumer service is unreachable or they hang up after 40 minutes of being on hold and they only respond if you put the name of the platform where you put a negative review on in the subject of the email. Reconsider booking here!!!

“I hired a car from CarJet/OK Mobility Ref CJT-46176059 very recent in Dubrovnik aiport.
1st of all, their scam of putting price very very high ( almost 3 times ) 3 to 4 week before and keeping sending emails with no refund special offer. I paid £906 for 2 weeks so called a SUV ( Which it wasn't and I will talk about it) when 2 days near the flight time, the price dopped down to normal price round £400. They scam people with no refund special offer so you panic and book like I did.
For the SUV part, They give me KIA STONIC. THIS IS NOT AN SUV. The reason I booked SUV because my wife suffer from severe arthritis and she can't go low to sit. STONIC is VERY VERY LOW and NOT AN SUV.
she suffers for 2 weeks and she stopped getting out to places. Also the Ok Mobility car hire they want to charge custemr for breakdown. I hired cars several times and breakdown MUST BE INCLUDED.
Also OK Mobility send and email for review which the link takes you to a page error ( An error occured try again later. And I sent a complain review to carJet twice and no reply.

“Booked a car based on the promise of FREE CANCELLATION prominantly placed above the clock which is ticking to persuade you to book. You are asked to put in a time to collect the car but your booking is adjusted without you being told to 10.00am. So when I called at 10.00am to cancel and was told that it was after the booking had begun. I checked the T&Cs and sure enough, I'm not entitled to a refund! I insisted my booking was for 5pm when I made it and they asked me if I had a screenshot to prove it. Any reputable car hire place would let you at least get a partial refund if you cancel 8 hours before the booking. This website seems to change the time of your booking. T&Cs are almost completely hidden on the site.”

This is the worst company ever. DO NOT BOOK with this company or trust them. I paid a deposit in good faith and then turned up at Corfu airport and they did not turn up to collect me and my children. They then refused to take my debit card and wanted to charge me double for the week to accept it, I then had to go to another company - Avis, who happily accepted my card. They now refuse to give my deposit back even though I wasn't able to hire the car. The rep at Saphire in Corfu was also awful and aggressive. Avoid this company like the plague. No wonder it's the cheapest company online. They're desperate.”
“In Early March my wife and granddaughter spent spent one hours in the plane out of Denver on a hold; then they were rerouted to Texas, then circle Orlando for another hour. They could not call Car jet while in flight and they arrive to a closed airport and no rental car.
We have been fighting the 264 dollar charge now for over 5 months. We do not recommend this company”
“Never use this company it’s a total fraud and the company that provided me a hire car was not fit for purpose it looked as though it’s Been used as a taxi previously damage all round fuel cap would not open I booked with these paid a deposit paid extra for the premium insurance when I went to collect the car the hire company charged me extra for the insurance CDW I ended up paying £54 to car jet £275 to the hire company and then the deposit £350 when I picked the car up was told the deposit would get refunded straight away I’ve been waiting since Friday and the deposit has not been returned the staff was very rude especially the lady with the scarf on the counter green motion car rental do not use them”
“Do Not Use This Company. Booking with Carjet was easy - but dealing with the company is a nightmare. We provided Carjet with our flight number and despite their correspondence saying they would stay open for an hour after arrival, the place was shut. We could not contact them using any of the phone numbers they provided and eventually we had to catch a taxi from the airport. Since returning home our emails requesting a refund of our deposit only receive automated response. We received no service from them whatsoever and yet they are keeping our deposit of almost £70.”
“I had very bad experience in Heraklion. Carjet is provider of car rental companies only, you do not know which car rental company you will sign the contract with. Car rental company CARANDGO which Carjet provided for me had a terrible contract conditions. I could not have canceled this contract because of advance payment for booking and loosing my money.”

I booked a car for a very convenient price, i got the confirmation numbers and all in the reservation process was smooth. Since i was a bit unconfidend with it, due to the low price, few days before the supposed pick up i called the customer service to check, and they confirm me the reservation and reassured me about pickup steps.
When It was the day to have the car nobody show up, i called the rental company and they told me that my reservation was canceled. After that i called carjet customer service and It took more than 1hour to get in touch and have a replay, replay that was "we are sorry but your reservation was canceled and we can only give you a refound...." they don't even took the time to ring me to explain and or apologise and help to find a solution, It was just a short text via mail. Lukly i was able to find another car by my self because It is not pick season, and It Is a very turistic area, but still for a much higher price. Carjet and its customer service, just suck and not only because It is kind of impossible to get in touch with them, but because they din't do nothing about my problem and left me complitly alone. After 15days i still struggle to get in touch with them because nobody replyed to my several mails and the refound Is still not done and i suppose to involve a lowyer to have It done. NEVER BOOK WITH THEM”

We were delayed and car jet didn't answer phone to allow us to inform of this when we got there car was cancelled and no refund. We were stuck overnight at the airport with 5 children as all other agencies were closing and couldn't help. Car jet have never hot back to us despite emails and lots of phone calls l.”
“Do not use this company!!!! Flight delayed (they had our flight number so would have known this). Car hire desk closed. I rang the 3rd party car hire company and told them I would pick up in the morning. I tried to phone Carjet no answer but sent emails. The next morning I rang the 3rd party company to tell them I was on my way and was told that Carjet had listed us as no show and the car was no longer available. Eventually got through to Carjet and they didn't care. Told me I hadn't shown up to pick up the car within 6 hours didn't matter that those 6 hours would have been from 10pm to 4am when the car hire company was closed. I ended up having to hire a car from another company and no reimbursement from Carjet.”

“This is not a car rental company. It is a front to defraud you. They promise a very good deal, indicate that you will get the car via a reputable company such as Hertz, Eurocar, etc. as they claim to be a broker and can provide a discount due to their business volume. Once you sense something is wrong because you paid them a deposit or full amount and you contact your bank or credit card company to block the payment, they send you an e-mail that the car will be at the requested location at the requested time. Following that, they will e-mail you to say sorry the car is not available and they are refunding your money. There is no way to contact them at this point, e-mail or phone. They tell your bank or credit card company that you either got the car or you didn't show. They kept trying for 3 weeks indicating this to my bank. The bank reversed the charges eventually and indicated they are some crime syndicate in Europe.”
“The car requested was not available, instead I was given a substitute that looked as if it had been used as a stock car, was quoted a reasonable price at short notice but when I returned home and checked bank statement double the price had been taken on the card, five emails later no response from Carjet, tried to phone and still no contact, avoid like the plague, not to be trusted….”
