“My experience was excellent at the car store, I originally ordered a car from Darren which turned out to be damaged , Darren kept me up to date all the way and ordered me another with less miles on the clock and the full Bluetooth system I requested. I had to wait a bit longer as the car was coming from Aberdeen but it was well worth the wait and my new car is better than I could have imagined! I'm delighted. Thanks so much”

“I was met at the front reception with friendly faces and was introduced to John Lennon (who I thought was a dead ringer for Ian Brown from the stone Roses) john introduced himself to me and was very friendly and polite and he made me at ease He took me through cars that I was interested in and not trying to sell me something I didn't want he made sure I got the car I wanted and went through all the paperwork explains it all making me more at ease John kept me up to date with my cars progress and has constantly being in touch with me evening after I picked my car up I would certainly recommend John Lennon and Peter Vardy to all my family and fiends A Big thank you John for looking after me and especially making me at ease when buying my car Kind regards John Docherty”

“I bought a Vauxhall antara and when I got home noticed there was no parcel shelf. I returned to the car store and was informed that one would be ordered for me. Two weeks later I went to the car store at Hillington to be presented with a dirty parcel shelf that one of the staff found in the parts department. I explained that I was not willing to accept it in that condition. I was informed that this was the only one available and that staff member felt it was acceptable. Another staff member called Steve said that parcel shelves do not come as standard with the car and offered to get the dirty parcel shelf valetedfor me. He told me if this was not acceptable I could wait till another Antara came in and he would give me the parcel shelf from this car. I am extremely disappointed with the after sales team at Peter Vardy Hillington and would recommend that people do not purchase their vehicles from this car store.”

“Car broke down within hours of picking up, lay in driveway for 5 days with attempts by outside contract mechanics to fix with no avail. communication from hillington poor, complaint raised with head office. service manager got involved finally car finally repaired. plus side very happy with the way the car was presented for its age and work done that was promised. service manager was very helpful and car was finally fixed. overall dont think I would buy another car from the car store.”

“I met 3 folk before I met the lovely allan, but all I wanted was to test drive 2 cars,. I had to wait about 15 min before I asked what was happening. Then I met allan who helped. Music too loud, signed for the car then told there was only one key for it. Not happy with that as I don't want to go out in the car in case I loose the one and only key. The staff I could not fault but the wait and not having a spare key are causing me concern. Not enjoying the car as paranoid about the key problem, also condensation in the front fog light that might cause an electrical fault in the future. Marion Begg”

“I couldn t say one bad word about any off the staff. Damain was fantastic very pleasant and helpful all the way through our time we where in the store. Colin was also very pleasant and helpful when we returned to pick up our cars. We had a very pleasant experince while we where in the store everyone was very helpful from the start to finish hubby enjoyed all the coffee he eas given. Thank you all i would recommend you story to anyone.”

“When arriving at the Carstore I was very impressed with the warm welcome my wife and I received from all the staff. John Lennon was given the task to look after us and show us around the car I was interested in. John was very curtious and done an excellent job of answering my questions about the car, and allowing me to test drive the vehicle. Paperwork is always a bind, but John made the experience more pleasant. Unfortunately John wasn't present when my wife and I came to collect the car, but he has called me to make sure everything was fine, which I think is superb. Colin Carse”
