“Just the best service we have ever received from a car showroom. Our sales advisor, Kim Dorrens, was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Emma Cuthbertson, who handed over the car, was equally fantastic. It was very refreshing to walk into a car showroom and not be pressured by salespeople. We will absolutely be buying all future cars from here. The service and range of vehicles is faultless.”

“Great futon smear service from Alan and all the team at the car store. Everyone was pleasant and helped me out really well. Alan covered everything with me and went above and beyond as well. Definitely will recommend to friends and family to go to the car store because it Was overall an amazing experience”

“My first impression of the Carstore was good, the way the staff greeted the customers and made us feel welcome. We were greeted by Jamie who showed us round even the workshop which was interesting. When we took our car home, we then noticed that the parcel shelf on one side had a clip missing and a cover on the passengers side was loose which I was told just clipped in. After speaking to Deborah she then asked us to bring the car in and had to order the part. These were only minor faults but despite this the Peter Vardy Carstore experience was good. I would have no problem recommending them in future.”

“I was very impressed with the effort your team put in to get my wife the car she wanted and the correct colour John Montgomery was very professional and pleasant throughout the full deal.the only hiccup was the paperwork at the handover as there were two Ian McDonalds getting cars that day but lee got it dealt with efficiently I would recommend your company to friends and family”

“I gave Peter Vardy a poor review a few weeks ago but since then the reaction has exceeded my expectations and all the issues with my car were resolved in a very professional manner by Ian Bown and his team. . The customer service I experienced was first class. I would now recommend Peter Vardy to friends and family.”

“after seeing a car I liked, I called and spoke to Jamie who gave me the low down on the car there and then and within 24 hours I was sent a 5 minute video featuring the vehicle. This assisted me greatly and provided me with valuable information that a 200 mile round trip was the right choice. Jamie picked me up from Glasgow train station and once at Peter Vardy's he showed me the size of the operation, made to feel at ease without feeling pressured, a fine balance delivered. My customer service expectations clearly met he introduced me to Lucy who dealt with the Handover. she talked me through the paperwork and didnt hurry me, answering my questions in a helpful manner. I believe that people sell products, and Peter Vardy has 2 people here whom they should be grateful of, Thank you.”

“Having never purchased a car through a garage before I went into peter vardy car store where I was greeted with cheerful Jamie. After establishing what veichle I was looking for Jamie talk me through each payment option avaliable and was very helpfull and explained all my options in alot of detail. Would highly recommend the car store very professional and imformative didn't feel like I was pressured into a sale they take the time to get to know what you need and is best for you, not there bonus. Will be back again for my next car and recommendations to all family and friends.”
