Great experience. It was spur of the moment that brought us to the showroom. We were made to feel welcome and introduced to Elliott who explained the layout and showed us around. Having seen a car on the website which wasn't even on site yet, Elliott was able to show us what to expect. Impressed with what we saw, we paid a deposit and came back a few days later to see the actual car. We were kept informed at every stage of the process. On handover we were delighted with the condition, looks like new. Other dealerships could certainly learn a thing or two. Also really admire the family values Peter Vardy promote, something quite rare these days!

I had such an easy and fun experience with my salesman John Lennon. He went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for at a price that suited me and I am over the moon with the end result! Cannot recommend him highly enough! Thank you!

I haven't received a follow up call I haven't received vehicle history like my wife did nobody from the workshop has bothered to call me regarding the scratch on the wing mirror Overall not very happy Further to my complaint above Craig has kindly resolved my issue and has promised that the work that needs to be done will be completed and I will be contacted on Monday to book the car in After getting promised that I would get a call it took me to contact Carstore tet again and I eventually got to take the car in this afternoon after being promised that the job would take twenty minutes an hour later the manager said both wing mirrors had been touched up only one needed doing I went out to check the car and nothing had been touched on the car The body shop guy knew nothing about it JOKE !!

I dealt with Craig, I walked in indecisive about wether or not to change my car and unsure as to what my next car would even be. He was patient asked me loads of questions and very quickly came up with a shortlist of what he thought I might like. He based the options around all of the things I had told him were important and after looking at only two cars my decision was made I was getting shot of my old banger and into my new pride and joy. Great job car store you took the pain out of browsing and turned it into an even less painful buying process.

Damian is a very professional, friendly and patient salesman. He made choosing and buying my new car a truly stress-free, enjoyable experience and was able to help with every stage from looking at cars to deciding on finance and signing for the car. Unfortunately when I picked my car up the showroom was completely disorganised, I was kept sitting waiting for around an hour for my car to appear. When it did, it had several visible flaws/chips and the numberplate had come unstuck at one side. Your workshop manager explained that he had not personally inspected the car before it was brought out and that this should not happen. He then sorted out the problems and I was happy to eventually leave with my new car. I then noticed the mileage was more than 400 miles over the total stated when I bought the car three days earlier. I spoke to sales manager James who really went above and beyond to make sure I was compensated and happy with the outcome, which I now am. It's perfectly normal for problems to arise in such circumstances as purchasing a new car, it's how a company deals with them that makes all the difference and the staff at Peter Vardy were fantastic. They are a real asset to the company and are the reason I am more than likely to buy my next car from you.

From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. My questions where promptly answered and had a first point of contact with Darren who helped with the whole process. He even helped me out on the test drive as I didn't know the area at all. On the day of collection, the car reveal was a nice touch and made it even more special. All in all a great experience, great staff and a good company, would totally recommend and go back in future should I change car.

The experience was very good. There was loads to keep my niece entertained, leaving me free to look at my own leisure. My sales rep was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions that I asked. The sticker price on the window was honored, despite an increase of £100 in the system. The hand over also went very smoothly and I am pleased with my purchase.

Despite problems getting me the car I originally wanted, the staff really went the extra mile to make sure I got an excellent deal. Thanks to Chris, James, Steven & Craig. Very happy with my new car.

Fantastic car Very poor Customer Services - During test drive three faults were highlighted to the sales woman which she claimed she had taken a note off. Not one of the three issues was resolved when I collected the vehicle. I will have to bring the vehicle back because of the squeaky brakes. £7000 was displayed on vehicle and by the time I sat down with the sales woman that became close to £8000 due to extras. Paid cash not discount given or No MATS, FUEL or ROAD TAX. If the car was £100 more in price and came with a full tank of fuel and mats this would have made a such a big difference. Went to collect car and the sales woman ignored conversation I had started with her and was asked by her to take a seat. The Business Manager started conversation with me also and walked away during conversation. It took over an hour from moment I arrived at dealership to time I was driving out after completing the simple paperwork. To be handed two £50 vouchers if I got someone else to buy a car from Peter Vardy was joke. Then to received a voucher for a free photo shoot to then be told it was a con to get you to buy extra photo's what can I say. The sales woman them telephoned five times looking for this review she claimed she required for her bonus. Then to be asked if i was giving her a VERY GOOD review was not on. For a manager to put pressure on a sale woman for a review is out of order. I tell family and friends about the fantastic show room at Peter Vardy, Hillington and the great selection of cars on display. However I also make them aware of the poor customer service once they know you want to buy a vehicle. You are no longer a customer but a bonus in there pay packet. I am simply being honest about my experience of buying a car from Peter Vardy. I trust Peter Vardy will read this review take on board some of my points.

I was a bit overwhelmed at the front door as too many people were `welcoming` and telling me that Peter Vardy do things differently, although everyone was very nice. Once inside it was a much better experience than other car showrooms. I was assigned Kim, who was very patient with me given my small budget and high hopes, he even gave me alternative options (I only wanted a Fiesta but bought a Ka). The day I collected my car was not so good, it wasn't ready for me and I spent almost 3 hours waiting on it with 2 children who did start to get bored. Kim was as helpful as he could be, with numerous offers of refreshments. There are a few niggles with the car but it is booked in, so hopefully all will be well.

I was very happy with the service I received from the staff at Peter Vardy and as soon as I had arrived at the showroom I was made to feel very welcome. The two salesmen I dealt with John Montgomery and Roger Scullion were very patience as I was very specific about the model of car I wanted in respect of design colour mileage etc and on my initial visit when I spoke to John no vehicles meeting that specification were available. However I revisited the showroom and dealt with Roger as John was with customer and again he was very patient with no hard sell and eventually identified a model of car that meant my requirements. Made an appointment to see the car which was being delivered from England and took a test drive and was satisfied with the car . A valuation was made on the car I was trading in which I was ok with and I agreed to purchase the vehicle. On the day I was to pick up the car the member of the check out team was very helpful explaining controls and various systems,such as phone and media applications and after making payment as I didn't require finance eventually drove the car away. The vehicle is fine and having looked around feel that I got an excellent deal in respect of price given the age of the car and the low mileage it had done. Would recommend Peter Vardy to friends and family.

I returned to Peter Vardy in March to find out what options I had to sell on my Ford Focus, which I purchased in October 2014. Derek was very patient and understanding toward my situation. He spent a lot of time reviewing my options and allowed me to test drive to vehicles. I eventually came to a decision. Derek followed that up a video message via email which was great and kept me informed of next steps. When I collected my car Colin was helpful as well and made light of the usual mundane task of form filling. Delighted with the service both Derek and Colin gave. One thing I would like mention and hopefully I can be contacted is my headlights on my new Ford Fiesta - they are always on when my headlights are in the default position. I asked Colin about this when I collected the car and he said "some cars are just like that" and made a comparison to Volvo. I let it pass as I was keen to get home but it has played on my mind ever since. As mentioned my previous car was a Ford, my mum drives a Ford and my dad also drives a Ford and none of those cars' headlights are on when in default position. Anyone I've asked who owns a Ford vehicle says the same. When I test drove the car the headlamps were not on when in default position. I'd therefore like to arrange for someone to have a look at my car and fix the headlight issue I've described, as I understand the car is still under warranty until June. Finally, the car exhaust makes a loud purring sound, more than it did when I first got it. Im perhaps being over cautious but I find it strange that it sounds so different from when I was first driving it. It would give me peace of mind if you could arrange for this to be checked too. I found all of the staff to be very helpful and friendly with a professional attitude without pressure to buy. I would return to Peter Vardy in the future and would be pleased to recommend them to my friends.
