“I entered car store not knowing what I was after. I was approached and pointed in the direction I was looking for. I was left to browse by myself with no pressure. When I had a better idea the sales agent Darren Lafferty could not have been any more helpful and was in no way pushy. The sale was managed quickly conveniently and with no hassles. Darren made follow up calls to check I was ok with the deal and after the car was received.”

“Purchased cars from dealers in the past and service been ok . But the service from peter vardy was far superior from the initial visit to the handover of my new car .the salesman KIM was brilliant giving me all options on the best deal and finance to suit my needs and pocket. The handover was fun and relaxing and I've also had contact from Kim to make sure I'm still happy . All in all a great experience and will definitely recommend to family and friends”

“Lisa and the team did a great job in helping me find my new car. Lisa worked incredibly hard to ensure everything went smoothly and communicated regularly on progress. Staff were so friendly and the showroom itself was lovely. I love my new car and already looking forward to visiting the team again. Again, must commend Lisa on her excellent customer service skills.”

“The service was excellent from Peter Vardy Car Store, the staff are so welcoming and not over powering. it is the easiest car purchase we have ever had, primarily due to the fact we had arrange our own finance through our bank but the staff were so helpful regardless. Thank you!”

“Excellent and exceptional service from all the team at Carstore Hillington from the moment I had any phone enquiries to going in the front door. Fantastic selection of used cars and great job done by sales team and office team to the work carried out by mechanics and valeting not forgetting the free tea and coffee. Car collected in showroom condition. Have definately recommended this carstore to family and friends All are a credit to the P Vardy group.”

“Personally I think the car store is great , the staff are really nice and they always make sure your looked after , I dealt with Craig most of my journey there he helped me out away at the start and helped me once I finally got myself back on track , the whole team alone do a good job they make you feel welcomed and they don't pressure you into buying stuff they make sure you find the right car for you and that I done so I can't thank them enough , I would definitely buy another car from Peter vardy and ill certainly recommend them to any friends or family who's looking to get put in the right tracks because I know the staff will help them as much as they helped me, once again thanks a lot for everything and I'll hope to see youse more in the future”

“As this was my first visit to the Vardy superstore in Hillington , I was very impressed with the welcome afforded to my wife and myself. The sales person Alan McMillan was very knowledgeable and quickly established what I was interested in and happily agreed a test drive in a selected vehicle. Suitably impressed with the car,and ,after some negotiation with Alan and manager Harry re a price,a deal was struck and young Emma from after sales arranged for me to pick up the car a couple of days later. On my return, a lovely young woman ,Lucy, was waiting with the car already to be handed over after inspection. A couple of minor criticisms were quicky addressed by the backroom team and the car was good to go. So far,so good with the car to date. All in all, a very good customer experience. Well done to all at Vardy.”

“My experience with Peter Vardy is one which I can't say enough about. I first went to the car store to have a browse. From there I was greeted and made to feel valued as a customer. I was given time to browse without feeling pressured into anything - this is something which stood out and made my experience one of a positive nature. It made such a difference in comparison to what I have experienced in car show rooms in the past. The service which I received from the sales team was fantastic. The individual who processed my sale - Alan McMillian was knowledgeable, genuine and encouraging. He listened to what I had to say before making any recommendations, ensuring that he was meeting the criteria I had set out for my next car. He went that extra mile to ensure I was 100% satisfied at each stage of the sale. The effectiveness and efficiency which was shown was remarkable. Again when I came to collect my new car I was met with exceptional customer service. Lucy from the handover team was great. From the start it was evident that her main focus was to ensure that everything had been explained and that all my expectations were met. Overall the experience I have had with Peter Vardy Car store has exceeded my customer service expectations from first contact to aftercare. I will confidently recommend this branch and will without a doubt be back when it comes time to upgrade in the near future.”

“I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN IT AGAIN I FEEL I WAS PLAYED A FOOL WHEN I PURCHASED PLATINUM PROTECTION THE SALESMAN TOLD ME IF I CHANGED MY CAR WITH IT I WOULD GET THE MONEY OFF MY NEXT EXCHANGE. HE SAID THE ASTRA WHICH I TRADED IN DID,NT HAVE IT BUT WHEN I GOT HOME AND CHECKED OLD PAPERWORK IT CLEARLY DID. I RAISED THIS POINT ON HAND OVER DAY AND A GUY CAME OUT WITH A BIT OF PAPER WITH PLAT SCRIBBLED ON IT WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN ANYTHING. AS MY PARTNER WAS IN HOSPITAL WITH CANCER I DID.NT HAVE THE TIME OR ENERGY TO ARGUE ON ARRIVING HOME I WAS SHOWING CAR TO MY NEIGHBOUR WHEN HE POINTED OUT THAT FRONT BADGE WAS CRACKED I PHONED A FEW TIMES GOT NO REPLY AND AM NOW REPAIRING IT MYSELF AT A COST OF 180 POUNDS APART FROM THE HAND OVER GIRL THIS IS MY LAST TIME DEALING WITH VARDY I SUGGEST YOU CHECK YOUR CCTV CAMERAS AND THE DAMAGE WAS DONE TO MY CAR BETWEEN SALE AGREEMENT AND COLLECTION I ONLY WISH THAT I HAD WENT NEXT DOOR TO ARNOLD CLARK”

“We bought a Rav 4 from Peter Vardy around 2 weeks ago and although I was wary of the tags and name taking at the entrance, the experience with Elliot Macrae turned out to be an easy, straight forward car buying experience. No pressure, made to feel at ease and negotiations were easy. My Father is delighted with the vehicle and the quick turnaround in having the vehicle ready that afternoon was impressive. Overall I'd have no hesitation in returning and buying another car there.”
