“Got another car from Alan MnMillan at Peter Vardy. He gave us a very good deal and once again dealt with us in a professional and friendly manner. The only glitch was the broken window when preparing the new car and the replacement window that was delivered was the wrong one. The wrong replacement glass was not the fault of Peter Vardy but my only criticism was that we bought the car on a Saturday and the car was due for uplift on the following Thursday and that was the day the window was broken . Would have been more acceptable if the car was prepared a few days earlier rather than the day of handover. Other than that I would recommend Peter Vardy for their service.”

“Very good service very helpful would use again,John Lennon explained everything about the car and was kept upto date about picking up car,loved the presentation part,sorry can't remember his name but nice man,the store from entering is lovely and clean and the cars are divided into what somebody would require.Would defiantly use the car store again in the future.thanks again”

“I thought it was a great customer experience from start to finish. Working in a customer focused environment myself I was impressed. The initial greeting in the car park to the friendly team at the desk. Each handover was well done. It seems like a great place to work and all the staff have a great demeanour about them. It feels laid back and personal as opposed to feeling like you are going in and having a sales team force you into a buy. It was a girl Lisa who helped me purchase my first new car and she was great, very personable and friendly. The handover team were great too and the whole experience was exciting and made the fact I bought my first new car even better. I loved the video email I received from Lisa and the fact she called up afterwards to see that everything was OK. As an organisation I think the whole laid back concept is a winner and I would definately recommend this dealership to others. Thank you very much.”

“I purchased my first car here, only a few days ago and it's already sitting outside! Quick service and my specific needs were at the forefront of my advisors mind every step of the way. I felt totally at ease and was able to ask even the silliest of questions, without feeling uncomfortable. There was no pressure and the advisor had great patience. I will certainly go back again and will definitely recommend te dealership to friends!”

“I had a superb experience buying my first car from Peter Vardy. Lisa went out of her way to find me a wee gem on the system but also didn't put any pressure on me to leave with a car that day. Kelly from the handover team was also brilliant when I came to pick the car up and made sure I understood my paperwork. Thank you!”

“The whole deal with my new car went great. Craig the car dealer done a terrific job. However to find a letter of the rear badge had been knocked off and nobody telling anyone about for us to find just before driving my car away was a total shock! I could have drove away and nobody would have none the wiser until I found it later on. Also when showing my car off to the family later that day I found rubbish left in the car I don't know wether from previous owner or someone in the garage. But for me to spend all this money and to find rubbish in the car when it was supposed to have had a full valet was shocking and disgusting. I reported this and nothing was done about it. I got the replacement badge on the rear of the car but nothing has been done about the discovered rubbish. Which has really annoyed me and I would have liked something to be done about or at least have some sort of compensation for it. Was completely let down and disappointed by Peter vardy and my overall experience from my discoveries on the car.”

“I found my experience of Peter Vardy Carstore to be very straightforward and convenient. I dealt with Elliot MacRae who was both very helpful and courteous in dealing with my trade in and vehicle purchase. “Derek was excellent from start to finish. This is my first car purchase and he walked me through every step, explaining everything in great detail and answering any questions myself and my dad had. I didn't feel pressured into buying a car at all and he looked at a few different deals to see what suited me best. He also organised a test drive in one of the cars to see if I felt comfortable with driving it. In the end I went for the Volkswagen UP and before I went a head with the purchase he ensured I was certain on my decision and felt happy with it. I can't fault Derek in any way and I feel he is an asset to your team at Peter Vardy. Lee who carried out the handover was also excellent. She was very down to earth and made me feel very comfortable, she also explained everything well and answered any last minute questions that I had. I am extremely happy with my Volkswagen up and I am sure I will return to Peter Vardy for my next car.”
