Salesman scuffed alloy on the car whilst I was about to test drive the car, we were told this would be refurbished before I picked it up. We were also told the celotape at the back where the regi plate was would be removed also, however neither of these things were done and you still arranged for me to pick it up on the Monday. It only tooka further two days for the alloy to be fixed, this should have been done in the first place.

The service from roger was exceptional - timely, personal and I was kept in the loop throughout. However, since then the service has been appalling. Stephanie in handover openly admitted she didn’t want to be there and made me feel like and inconvenience. I also had a missing wheel nut, sat nav and only one key which you state isn’t policy. Appalling after sales.

All went well until I was picking up my car, I travelled all the way from Weston Super Mare and did the paperwork sign off which was all done efficiently, on the handover I was told that one of the keys was missing and that I would be contacted at the end of the week to have the AA come and give me a new key and programme it, I then examined the car and found that the windscreen had three very obvious chips in it, the girl handing over the car went to speak to her manager and I was told to get them fixed and send in an invoice as long as it was not more than £60 ! on closer inspection of the car on my return to Weston Super Mare I noticed a large discolouration near the door pillar and roof interior which looks awful and I will need to get that valeted to see if it can be removed ( looks like oily hands have been on it.) the front tyres will need replaced in about 4 weeks by the minimum tread left on them, had I not travelled all the way from Weston Super Mare I would just have refused the car in its current condition, for a 2015 car at £11500 I am most disappointed.

No one advised that the gap insurance was seperate to the initial purchase and then became an additional direct debit on top of finance. Lack of communication in the store.

What went wrong? Pretty much everything. Firstly agreed to buy car. Next day decided i would like to discuss the sale and maybe change my gap insurance for the warranty. Thought to myself surely a simple case of speaking to someone about it. Phoned first thing in the morning to be told someone would call back. No one called which resulted in me phoning another seven times to be told the same thing and what do you know? No call back. Tried again the next day and after another 4 calls and being told someone would call id had enough and demanded to speak to someone which i did but why it was aloud to get to that point beggers belief. Once contact was made they dealt with the request nicely to be fair. Fast forward another day to the car collection day. And i must say nothing is more disheartening than going to collect your new car to find out its presented to you with more damage than before and mats missing which were part of the sale. Dirty interior and registration bulb not working and no screenwash in the car which also says to me it wasnt serviced as promised and the mot wasnt carried out correctly. Im an easy going man but my god was my patience tested. Neadless to say i was promised that if i took the car they would send for it to be returned for repair and proper valet and if required a courtesy car provided. Was promised by salesperson and sales manager that i would be contacted next day and by the friday someone would collect the car. Needless to say no one called and no one came to collect car. No word. Nothing. I had to call again to be fobbed of with "someone would call back" and eventually after another 4 calls someone phoned to book my car in for repair and had no real clue about the problems that id had. And was told next available day was 11 days later and that no one was to collect the car and no courtesy car was available and if it was it would cost me £12 per day. I eventually got it arranged correctly but alot of things went wrong needlessly. Think a bit more communication between departments and more focus on replying to customer calls is required.

Sale advisor (John) was fine, did his job well and I was happy until we bought the car. There was a problem with the clutch as soon as we drove the car home, has taken weeks to get this resolved, still not sorted. You sold me a faulty car and should be doing everything in your power to get this sorted quickly and with no hassle to myself. However it's been the exact opposite. None stop phone calls and trips to the store and I feel like once you have my money, you don't really care.

As part of the finance agreement taking. It was agreed that Peter Vardy would credit my bank with funds to cover part of the finance. After 6 weeks and numerous calls I am still no further forward.

Ryan who sold us the car was superb, couldn't have asked for better!! But the after sales team leaves a lot to be desired! We picked up the car on Thursday 30th march, we noticed a scratch on the front of the car and were told that there was no sd card for the sat nav and we only received a spare key! Nicola did the handover and she said that Ryan would sort it all out and be in touch as these things were part of your guarantee which was fine! On Friday 31st march, we noticed a bubble in the front tyre so rang the dealership straight away and left a message for the after sales team but got no reply! We rang the after sales team again first thing on Saturday 1st April and left another messsge to advise them of the tyre and the other issues, again, we got no reply! Ryan rang me with a a courtesy call to see how the car was and was horrified to learn the problems as he knew nothing about them! I feel that communication is not something which is key in the organisation!! Ryan did ring me back and told me not to drive the car and to bring it straight in on Monday morning as the service department do not work on a Saturday! So not only did we have an issue, we could not drive the car the whole weekend!! On Monday morning my fiancée took the car in and was told that the compressor was not working and therefore had to wait 3 1/2 hours to get a tyre changed and the scratch fixed! Who knew that you could not change a tyre the old fashioned way! Since Monday 3rd April, I have personally rang the office to ask the status of our key and the sd card and after 4 times, I received absolutely no response!! Only today 10th April have I had a response to advise that they are on order! I appreciate that you and your staff may not know exactly when the items may arrive but the fact that we received no response says to me that as soon as you sign the paperwork you are no longer a concern!! This was the second car we have bought from the car store as the first experience we had was fantastic but after this time, my goodness, it will be the last!! I am the commercial manager for a local manufacturing business working with our key customers and if I treated them the way I have been treated, I would no longer be in a job! I feel that the biggest interest the staff had was getting the car out before month end as opposed to making sure it was suitable to sell!! I can't speak highly enough of Ryan, everything he said he would do, he did but the after sales care has been quite frankly pathetic!! I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience! Kind Regards Lynsey Moorhead

When I first went to the store everyone was friendly and keen to help . Showroom itself is amAzing. Robbie the sales man who served me was absolutely amazing could no fault him at all and if anyone were to ask me I would ensure they went to Robbie to purchase a car. However the communication after sales was dreadful I was due to pick my car up on the Wednesday at 4 and got a call at 2 to say I couldn't get it for part reasons. Then from that day on I had to keep phoning tonget an update on the car nobody was calling me to let me know what was happening! Deeply deeply annoyed by this considering how much money I had just spent!! Unfortunately Robbie was on holiday otherwise I knew for certain he would have contacted me! I needed up being out of pocket and was just an Inconvenience

The car we purchased has had a multitude of problems since the purchase. It has been booked in for after service, however we are having to wait several weeks before the car is being seen to.

Walked out with the car I wanted, however, has been problematic since. Craig Dick, the salesman, has done his best to rectify the aftervarse services.

After making a very good deal in store on the Thur 2nd March, was due to collect the new car on Monday 6th March evening. Was slotted in for 7pm but showed up to show room at 6.30pm and was left waiting with no interaction for 40mins. Only after I asked how long it would be and that I had to collect my young child at 8.30pm did I get seen by someone. Once over at the desk for the hand over and finance paperwork to be signed, I again was left for a further 40mins waiting while a problem was trying to be resolved. Again no one came near me waiting and I had to go searching and find someone to clarify the situation. Only after this long wait and I had to actively search for answers, was I told that I wouldn't be able to get my car that evening as the finance company had closed transactions and I would have to leave it until the next day. If I hadnt been kept waiting for so long then this may not have occured, also if paperwork had been sorted prior to collection evening (4 days availability for this to have happened) then I could have got my car on the evening I was meant to. Due to not being able to collect my car on that evening. I had to re-insure my old car for 1 more day, at a cost and was left really undervalued and disappointed when it should be an exciting time. After I asked to speak with the company director who was present that evening (Scott) did he manage to greatly calm the situation and offered excellent customer care and attention to deal with the evenings event. I was very grateful for his help, but feel if I hadn't asked specifically to speak with him, would he have been made aware of the situation as it was closing time, and that I would have walked away from the deal altogether and no one would have stopped me or pushed to keep my custom.

Up until I signed for the car my service was fine. I returned a call from the after sales team for pick up arrangements and left a message for a call back which never happened. I have now been waiting for almost 3 weeks for an answer on a query I had.
