Entertainment for kids was very good. However upon purchasing the vehicle i found the drivers floor mat was missing as the other 3 were present. I asked for this to be rectified prior to picking the vehicle up. On delivery day the mat had not been replaced. The paintwork was covered in tar spots and rough to touch. The sales representative promised me he would be in contact with 24hrs over the mat....still nothing 5 days later. Ashame as the last car we bought from here was delivered in excellent time and standard.

I was sorely disapointed when i picked up the s class mercedes benz and the interior as well as exterior surroundings were shabby to say the least the paintjob was pathetic and the carpets were totally unacceptably finished markedly stained vardy promised me after my test drive that the areas requiring attentio would be fixed on collection one week laterpromises promises got your dough youll have to go .on a brighter note the sales manager agreed with my right to feel let down due to poor quality and workmanship with the way the bumper has been painted. A car seat and carpet cleaning guy is coming to visit me tomorrow and i am still waiting on paul to contact me to bring the car in for a bit of panelbeating and bumper respray. I traded in an e class merc mint condition low miles and i thought that thrte would be come and go as you will make from the e class we will wait and hope. I bet theres no response to this.

Salesman Craig Gemmell was very professional and informative selling us our car. After sales team let us down with very little contact at first,failed to return our calls and waited nearly 2weeks for the car. The car had to be brought down from Perth which we were charged for(£25) We recommended our son and daughter inlaw to you and unfortunately they have had problems also.

Happy with sales ....but car I bought s screen for music. Phone and data was not working . I asked for it to be fixed before I picked car up on Saturday ...to which it wasnt ....I told salesman I would phone sunday ....showroom was closed ....he said we will call you ....was sitting today Tuesday lunchtime ...year old car and still no screen for radio ....i called again ....and again ....eventually got booked into Vauxhall next Thursday 4th May to get this seen ....this is nearly 2 weeks since I picked my car up .....so I am a slight bit dissapointed.....understandingly so

I was happy that the Car Store managed to find a car that suited all my requirements. However, I had to contact the store twice to find out when my car would be arriving (which was after almost week) as I wanted to see it before I went through with the deal. There were some issues with the Car which I was assured would be fixed. The following day when I collected my car, the handover team were great and made it all very simple....however the 2 issues I was assured would fixed were not. I was told someone would contact me to book the Car back in again but after almost another week I have had to contact to store myself. I'm still waiting for a call back!

This is my third car from The Superstore, however it will be my last. I picked up my car on 9th December and noticed that there was a bad touch up job in the bonnet and there was a dust cap missing from rear tyre. I was to get a call on the Monday 11th December so far (28/12/17) no contact. Not good enough.

Maz Mallik was helpfull and didn't make us feel pressurised to purchase.. Car was picked up a week later after arranging finance. Could have been better prepared.

Got your sale. Sales guy Mas was great. After sales issues due to technical fault with car has soured the whole situation. The issue is that your service department is dramatically understaffed for the size of your site. This leads to a terrible customer experience. You really need to look at your competitors to see where you are lacking.

"Staff very nice polite and easy to get on with when buying my car i had a great experience although after i had the car something went wrong and had 2 get it taken back ive had 2 phone them as they havnt phoned me 2 let me no whats happening havnt been offered a courtesy car not happy with this but the sales team before hand were great for the question at end would you recommend us would have been 5 star for the sales team but need 2 mark it down now because of aftersale "

Whereby I have said poor I debated to put very poor. I will begin at the start. I cannot fail the salesman Jamie Reid for his excellent service,. We bought a car from Peter Vardy in August 2016 and Jamie was our salesman, everything ran very smoothly, so good that when I was looking for a car myself I went back and specifically to Jamie when I saw a Nissan Micra on the website. Jamie brought this car through from Edinburgh at short notice and I really liked it so I bought it on either Wednesday 29th or Thursday 30th March. The car was to be picked up the following evening as it was the last day of the month. The showroom was extremely busy as there was 80 plus cars going out that day and I was told to come around 6pm which I did. The hand over was done by Nicola Bonomy. She invited me into the car to go over the controls and in a short time I left with my new car. Once I was home I was disappointed with the valet job on the car, there was polish etc. left over it and in reflection I didn't look round the car before leaving. Within a day or 2 Nicola contacted me to get in touch urgently as she hadn't gone over the finance agreement, I phoned back and organised to go in, and commented to her that I wasn't very happy with the valet job to the car ,so I went into the car store for her to do the finance things. As we were doing this Nicola offered for the car to come back in to have the Valet job done again and I stress Nicola offered. It was organised for the car to come in on Friday 7th first thing in the morning and I would be contacted to come and collect. My husband and I brought the car in, so 2 cars to journey up so he could bring me home then he brought me back in to collect only to be told at 7pm that the car had not been done as 2 valeters phoned in sick. so we left with the car undone after sitting there all day. Nicola then said she would phone me on Monday 10th to make other arrangements. Monday 10th and Tuesday 11th came and went and no phone call, I hate when that happens someone says they will do something then don't do it !!!! So I phoned on Wednesday 12th to be told it was her day off. Eventually she contacted me on Thursday 13th (no apology) and said that the car was to come in on Monday 17th (Easter Monday) and that someone would collect it at 9.30 as it had to be in for 10am and that she would phone me on Saturday 15th to remind ME that this was happening and guess what no phone call on Saturday 15th. On Monday 17th I was up early for the car to be collected and no one showed at 9.30am. At 10.15 I got into my car and drove yet again to Peter Vardy in rather a fowl mood. I was shown to waiting area as I wanted to speak to someone face to face as I was now rather fed up with empty promises and my time being wasted. After some time I met Jamie Reid and he had no idea of what had happened so I explained all this to him. Nicola was doing a handover but I wanted to speak to her because I wanted an explanation from her as to why she promised me all that an never followed through. Nicola eventually came to see me and was extremely apologetic. She said her manager forgot to remind her to phone me on the Saturday and that they had forgot to come and pick up my car that day. She said she had been doing two jobs and under pressure. When I asked why she promised all this she said she really liked me and felt sorry for me therefore i have to ask the question what would have happened had she not liked me. I let her know how annoyed I was, let down and disappointed. She also said to me that she would organise a lift home for me and that my car could go in now that day . I told her no as I had wasted enough time and that I would like to enjoy my Easter Monday. Through all this Nicola made numerous promises as to shopping vouchers for me and she would also chase up voucher for purchase recommendation which I still never received. Jamie took this complaint in hand and is dealing with it now. I feel this has blown out of all proportion and the upset could have been avoided. I was happy with my car and just wanted the valet that Nicola suggested in the first instance done correctly. I hope this explains my review and i would award Jamie Reid 5***** for his excellent service. I would recommend him all the time thus why we went back to him its just a shame Nicola let the company down. This snowballed when it didn't have to.

Charity donation or admin fee was not mentioned at anytime (mis sold?) & would liked to be given choice to pay them & £40 diesel in cash rather than included in finance.

Staff were great right up to the day I picked my car up that was not good .. Micheal was a fantastic sales person , and helped me use the right car for me .. when I came to pick the car up the car was dirty also had a new chip on the door the dent on the bumper was also not fixed that they said they would have fixed along with the driver seat that had a fry on it . Told to bring car back on the Saturday that everything would be fixed ,with also a full valet that was not did .. so the guy still did not complete the job that I was expecting, over all I love my car .
