“I am almost 3 months in on a lifestyle change after seeing my physician in early February. I wanted to see if the changes I made were making a difference. They were! The results were easy to read/understand. The test instructions were clear and the test simple to complete.”

“I would like to see the actual lab report in addition to Choose Health's proprietary "markers." Supposedly, you use a certified lab, but there is no lab report from a certified lab. The personal message video from Dr. Alan would not play and customer service could not fix it.”

“Very easy-to-use at-home kit that provides lots of important lab results just from finger-prick blood. I wanted a reading of liver- and general metabolic health between annual physicals and labs. Was impressed with my first-time use of this kit and how quickly results were reported and in a very easy-to-interpret form. The only issue I had is that instructions call for "4 drops of blood" to fill the required area on the card until blood seeps to a guide line. It took several more large drops (will count next time). Not a big deal. I'll use this again.”

“Three days after getting my results back, I had my regular blood drawn and it was completely different than the results I received from Choose Health. I don't believe I can trust the Choose Health test results and will not use them again.”

“I think the kit was perfect. It came quickly, results came in a timely fashion. The only issue I had was the sample of blood said to let dry for 30 minutes, but mine took longer.”

“I had a terrible experience.. My numbers were significantly off, for the bad. I followed up with my Primary Physician and had real labs drawn, and thank goodness they were completely different!! Do not recommend, level of inaccuracy is concerning…”

“I had a full blood panel completed at my physicians office, a few days after I received my results from Choose Health. Needless to say, they were “night and day” results. The choose health results indicated that my liver wasn’t functioning properly and I had a dangerously high reading of one of the enzymes. My results from my physician showed that my liver enzymes could not have been more optimal or perfect. I wouldn’t trust this company and would hope they would issue me a refund for such an inaccurate and, quite frankly, upsetting result.”

“10 days to get test kit, results wasn’t available until after consultation. (14days) Results are impossible to view on liked furnished by choose. After logging in it wanted me to subscribe or buy more kits. Dash board brings you to the same place.”

“Very impressed with Choose Health services. Super easy and straightforward process. Bloodwork results came back quickly with easy to understand information about each marker. Guidance on improving numbers is great as well. Luckily I dont have too much to work on, but, looking forward to adding few other markers like Vit D levels and ordering the liver test separately. In 3 months with see the #s again and the website keeps track of "trend" etc.... way better than going to doctor for these #s. Highly recommend... also, I dont need it... but, you can order a consultation with a doctor if you need more in depth help. 5 stars!”

“The lab results were presented in an incomprehensible fashion with distorted reference ranges and alarming flags even on "optimal" result values. My primary care provider took one look and called the results "meaningless".”
